AUDIT FINANCIER ; COLLABORATION INTER ENTREPRISES ; JEUNERésumé : L’attractivité des plus grands cabinets d’audit semble souffrir depuis plusieurs années. En effet, le monde de l’audit attire de moins en moins de collaborateurs chaque année. Il peine également à les garder et les fidéliser, si bien que l’attractivité de ces cabinets est devenue un sujet essentiel dans le monde de la finance. Les cabinets d’audit avaient l’habitude de recruter les collaborateurs dans les écoles de commerce les plus réputées du pays telles que HEC, ESSEC, EMLyon, mais également Paris Dauphine, NEOMA BS… Cependant, depuis quelques années, les jeunes diplômés de ces écoles d’élitesemblent se désintéresser de ce parcours en audit pour se diriger vers d’autres métiers dans la finance d’entreprise (conseil en stratégie, M&A…) ou faire carrière dans le monde de la finance de marché. Par ailleurs, l’audit a toujours été un tremplin vers ces autres carrières en finance de marché ou finance d’entreprise. Il n’est pas anodin de voir d’anciens stagiaires ou collaborateurs des cabinets d’audit faire leur carrière en M&A ou en Sales par exemple. En effet, l’audit est un passage presque obligé pour travailler dans ces domaines3. Cet état d’esprit est même caractérisé dans les cabinets d’audit. EY, l’un des cabinets d’audit et de conseil les plus réputés au monde, se considère comme « l’école après l’école ». Enfin, les cabinets d’audit sont construits de manière pyramidale, c’est-à-dire que les collaborateurs les plus nombreux sont les assistants et les assistants expérimentés (1 ou 2 ans en cabinet) tandis que le nombre de collaborateurs rétrécit quand on monte dans la hiérarchie (managers, directeurs ou associés). En pensant à cette hiérarchie pyramidale, il convient de comprendre que les cabinets ont tendance à écrémer les collaborateurs à chaque montée de grade (i.e. chaque année) et que les grades qui recrutent le plus sont les premiers cités. Ainsi, ce turnover est une donnée importante dans les cabinets d’audit lorsqu’il est contrôlé et il a toujours été présent. Mais lorsque ce turnover devient incontrôlable, comme c’est le cas aujourd’hui, les

ACTIF ; FRANCHISE ; PERFORMANCE ; RENTABILITERésumé : This dissertation is based on the observation that most large hospitality groups are moving into asset?light mode. The model has even recently seduced the European leader in the hotel industry: Accor, which had been operating in "asset-heavy" mode for years. The idea of this thesis is to study the advantages and disadvantages of this strategy and answer the question "To what extent can switching to the asset light model benefit the hospitality industry companies?” by studying Accor's results following their change in strategy.
As a listed company their results are publicly available, my study is therefore based on their results published before 2019 (COVID 19 crisis) and their strategic reports.
Results from the study of Accor’s financial reports and strategy documents appear to confirm that the move to asset-light mode is not a simple trend. Indeed, the strategy offers several considerable advantages: rapid development prospects, an opportunity to refocus on one's core business and develop competitive advantages, as well as greater flexibility and a reduction in risk. However, not enough studies have been conducted on the long-term results of the strategy (especially on the profitability of the company), some of

COLLABORATION INTER ENTREPRISES ; IMAGE DE MARQUE ; INDUSTRIE DU LUXE SECTEUR ; JEU VIDEO SECTEURRésumé : The purpose of this research investigation is to examine gamers’ perceptions of the recent trend in which luxury brands are collaborating with gaming companies to bring out in-game co-branded products. It is important to analyse how gamers feel about luxury brands entering their community, how this collaboration will shape their image of the luxury brand, and if it will result in purchases. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting 13 semi-structured interviews with both male and female gamers surround 5 key areas: gaming experience, skins experience, luxury brands in metaverse, dressing in real life, and social media. Previous studies have shown factors that influence consumers perceptions of luxury brand collaborations with mass market retailers. Findings of this analysis show that gamers have a positive perception towards luxury brands collaborating with video games to bring out in-game products and skins. However, for gamers to react positively, there must be a high degree of perceived brand fit between the two collaborating brands. In addition, recommendations have been provided to advise marketing managers how to successful appeal to gamers needs and choose a partner brand that will be perceived as a strong brand fit. and more atenton in the past fears. Afer fears of being considered as illegitmate and unworthf
of entering the art world, its aesthetc and artstc value is now widelf recognized, turning it into a
mainstream art movement. Street art is garnering interest all across the world and impactng not
onlf the art world, but also other felds such as advertsing, tourism or real estate. Although it
atempts to retains its subversiveness and independence while also woreing hand in hand with
local governments and corporatons, just how successfullf it accomplishes that goal is subject to
debate. While some collaboratons are met with acclaim, others are accused of denaturing the
movement entrelf. Mf research aimed to gain insight into the public’s percepton of street art, as
a counter-cultural movement or merelf a commercial art form, as well as determine how
collaboratons between artst and brands afect their images, with a focus on importance the ft
between the two. Through a survef, I was able to infer that the public tends to perceive street art
as compatble with the commercial world, and to confrm that a poor ft between artst and brand,
in the context of a collaboraton, lead to the deterioraton of both of their images to the public.

COLLABORATION INTER ENTREPRISES ; MODE ; ART ; IMAGE DE MARQUERésumé : In a context of explosion of offers in the fashion sphere, where you can find many creations of fashion brands, the consumer is hardly choosing between all the possibilities. As well, the rhythm of collection is getting harder and harder to follow (with weekly collections in many fast-fashion companies), the fashion brands are trying to create a link with the consumer by inviting other brands and artists to collaborate around few products. This kind of co-branding strategy, commonly used in other sectors such as food and automobile, is spreading all over the fashion industry, from the luxury brands to small brands. It seems that now, a fashion brand can’t even create three collections without succumbing to the temptation of inviting or getting invited by another one.
On the other hand artists are sometimes becoming brands because of the new mode of operation in the music industry : to bring people to their concerts and make them stream their music on platforms, artists are communicating as brands and being surrounded by communities. This new behaviour makes them the perfect ally to create collections for fashion brands.
This seminar paper is designed to examine the strategy of collaboration in the fashion industry. We will understand, by making a chronology of the use of this strategy in the fashion sphere, how and why it is used by the fashion brands, and especially how it has become one of the main tools used by troubled brands, by wealthy brands, by new-in brands, by established brands. This seminar paper focuses on the repercussion of this kind of strategy over the fashion brand and over the artist : how is it economically interesting and how it influences the perception of the communities from both parties.
In order to understand the conception and the repercussion of the artistic collaborations in the fashion industry, we will call on various academic sources such as articles, papers and dedicated websites. The sources used to write this seminar paper will include fashion oriented articles from Le Monde, L’Express, Les Echos, Le Figaro but also articles from fashion industry key media references : ELLE, Vogue or Fashion United. We will also introduce the results of a survey about two specific collaborations as a tool to show the impact of those collections on consumer behaviour.
