They have now developed a real network of bulk groceries. Their 35 franchised stores are located in cities with at least 50 000 inhabitants. They offer about 750 product references from cereals, flour, honey to pet food and product maintenance. They prefer short sourcing and distribution cycle: 63% of their products come from France. Their business model is based on the franchise model. Day by Day mutualize and centralize the sourcing process and the product information for customers. The franchised shops only have to fill the bulk facilities with products and clean them. The goods are offered in self-service and the customer can fill his containers by himself.
