Résumé : |
Diet apps and fitness apps offer numerous advantages, providing to users real-time tracking. They can also have social support, earn rewards and gain motivation. The nutritional information given are easier to understand. But over time, users engage less and less with diet apps. For the users with eating disorders, diet and fitness apps increased these disorders.
: Calorie tracking application really influence consumers’ choice. Contrary to what was expected, the respondents from the experimental group chose on average more calorific food than those from the control group. One explanation could be that the experimental group knew exactly how many calories they should not exceed. The control group did not know the calories left to consume and might have chosen less calorific food because they overestimated the calories of the food already taken in the day. |
