CHANGEMENT ORGANISATIONNEL ; PERFORMANCE ; GROUPE DE TRAVAILRésumé : Nowadays trends and consumers need to change a lot, and companies must follow these trends to survive and be on top. In the paper, by giving a quantitative and a qualitative questionnaire to managers involved in the development of new products, we try to know if there is a link between flexibility and performance. We also try to understand the role of co-development and of the collaboration between the stakeholders of companies during the development of a new product.
We focus on managers involved in new products development because they are at the heart of change. They work with several other business units, suppliers and customers. They are also involved in all the stakeholders of the implementation of a new product on the market, from the elaboration to the production and the commercialization. They must be aware of the current trends from customers, share with suppliers and coworkers to give a response to every issues in terms of product development and production. There is also a lot of communication and a strong collaboration between all these actors.
Moreover, flexibility is accentuated when there is a change in the company by the introduction of a new product or an innovation.
