Résumé : |
According to Van Wassenhove (2006), logistics represents 80% of a humanitarian mission. For that reason, all the specific challenges of the humanitarian field must be thought in the supply chain implementation. This paper lists all the above thanks to interviews with professionals on the field and with a researcher working on that topic. Then, the research shows how supply chain modelling constitutes a support for decision-makers by combining different decision criteria and by adapting them to the humanitarian specificities. Finally, it makes the difference between the main decision criteria considered in the classical business field and the ones taken in the humanitarian one. |
