The concept of digital workplace is unknown of many workers. Actually, most of us have a digital workplace. Implementing a digital workplace is a challenge for modern organizations. This concept will be defined and described. Thanks to the literature on this topic, we will discuss the implementation of the digital workplace. What is everyone’s role for the success of a digital workplace? How a digital workplace can be efficient? Finally, we will understand that the digital workplace has a huge impact on the whole work environment. Thus, social relations are completely revisited and our relationship with the office too. Does it mean that the digital workplace will cause the end of physical offices? One survey and one interview were made to document this seminar paper. The data collected enabled us to make conclusion on this topic and have new ideas to investigate for future research.
