RESPONSABILITE SOCIALE DE L'ENTREPRISE ; MIGRATION ; EGALITE ; INEGALITE SOCIALE ; ECONOMIE SOCIALE ET SOLIDAIRERésumé : The purpose of this study is to prove that an organization, when well-structured and led, can, by employing foreign workers, be profitable for shareholders and advantageous for society. With regard to the methodology, the qualitative approach was considered the most appropriate for its development. The explanatory type and the inductive subtype were also selected for being more accurate. The research will be predominantly theoretical, but will also include a field study, made up of workers who perform in the European Union, especially in France. The results found during the theoretical investigation indicate that, although the migratory phenomenon is natural to humanity, and despite all the advances made in terms of knowledge, there is still a feeling of strangeness or even rejection towards immigrants. This lack of acceptance reaches greater proportions with the socioeconomic crisis and incites the growth of extreme right groups. This segregation, however, does not necessarily cause the foreigner to return to his country of origin, it only impels social inequality in the host country and, consequently, causes a decrease in levels of education and an increase in violence. In view of this scenario, in order to foster positive action by the private sector, this project aims to explore the social benefits that a company can bring by employing foreign labor. This research seeks to remove the spotlight from the negative aspects of immigration and also to focus on the transforming power of private initiative.
