The current global health crisis caused by COVID-19 has changed the customer's shopping experience as it switched from traditional stores to digital stores/online. As a result, retailers are turning their attention to e-commerce in an effort to meet the changing needs of consumers and are also focused on improving the consumer experience. The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect and impact that Artificial Intelligence could have on consumer’s behavior in the beauty industry. Methodology: The study is based on qualitative methods through surveys and questionnaires of 100 respondents. The data collected will then be analyzed through SPSS to better understand the parameters. |
