This question is treated in two parts. The first one is the literature review which allows to have a better view of how it appears and what is the role of a management controller but also to better understand the complexity of his work. Following this review two hypothesis emerged that we will be testing in the second empirical part. We have seen that overall the management controller have the same missions and the personal appreciation regarding its role conveys.
