In spite of literary research that showed a delay or even a rejection of digital in retailing, the study showed that managers were totally open to digital and that they pushed for its development through new tools and services. For them, it is an indispensable aspect that will only increase in the future, especially in the relationship with customers through one-to-one clienteling.
These conclusions show us that Covid has had a real impact on the progress of projects that have already been launched to make luxury brands turn towards the omnichannel. |
