MOYEN DE PAIEMENT ; FINANCE INTERNATIONALE ; RISQUERésumé : The development of new information and communication technologies and digital innovation is changing the business environment of companies and demonstrating the desire to move to a new completely cashless societal model where business transactions that continue to be cash-based are moving towards electronic transactions. The reason why the electronic payment system is so trendy today is that it is seen as a better alternative to traditional cash payments. Electronic payment can be understood as a payment mechanism using electronic media and not involving cash. The electronic payment system (e-payment) is an important aspect of e-commerce. The document exposes the impacts of Digital payment services development on societal and financial stability and openness for African citizens to the financial inclusion, and if e-payment represents a significant risk for the societal stability in the future. After having presented the main characteristics of the Digital payment services such as the recent development and their competitive advantages. The document will analyse the impact in depth of the economic and social impact through a study case based on the electronic payment of workers in Senegal and its benefices, the document will attempt to summarize the risks weighing on the system and the recommendation that can be made.
