Cryptocurrency’s rapid development in past few years accompanied by a lot of risks. It is a system of science of computer encryption and the technology used behind it which a lot of people are unaware of. Crypto traders do a lot of technical analysis before proceeding and buying the coin. There are key features to know and minimize the risk factors before buying any Cryptocurrency. A certain Cryptocurrency is made for a purpose and technology behind it for e.g Bitcoin was made to transfer money from one person to another without involving third parties and is intended to operate outside the traditional banking structure how can people trust this by looking at its technology i.e Block-Chain technology by looking at comparative analysis of framework and analysis of security and risks. We can reduce the risk by looking at the Market capitalization of certain coins and by calculating the price of cryptocurrency and multiplying by the number of coins in circulation. We can look into the high timestamp and low timestamp by the moment of coin and the number of buyers and sellers and also its relative index and average of coin moment matching up with the relative index or not.
