The problemrevolved around humans. Through the literature review, AI will be defined first, and then itsimpacts on the HR department. The latter modifies and creates new professions, changes theway recruiters work, and makes it necessary to better manage human-machine collaboration.Following the literature review, three hypotheses were formulated:Hypothesis 1: AI does not dehumanize HR, quite the contrary,Hypothesis 2: AI allows economic growth for companies because there is better managementof employees and detection of new talents,Hypothesis 3: The recruitment/application experience is better for candidates.The first turned out to be true, the second could not be verified and the last turned out to befalse.Subsequently, recommendations were issued to better manage the recruitment process and forthe challenges faced by HR managers Programme : Global BBA Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=565243
