STRATEGIE DE L'ENTREPRISERésumé : The importance of happiness and wellbeing for mental and physical health have been showed in many studies. There is a rising concern on wellbeing and today, more and more organizations worldwide are concerned about employee wellbeing; Workplace wellbeing includes different perspectives: the concept and its definition as well as the things that affect it and its impacts. Managing wellbeing at work in the 21st century brings challenges and opportunities for business and Human Resources Management especially after the COVID-19 crisis. The thread of this dissertation is to understand what the stakes of well-being in the workplace are especially after the pandemic crisis, show the importance of it, the challenges it brings for both the employers and the employees and understand the new expectations regarding well-being practices companies need to focus on. The first part of this dissertation, the literature review is based on several academic papers, newspapers articles and information about wellbeing in the workplace, how it is influenced and its impacts. The aims of second part, the research, were to understand how Decathlon and Nike, companies of the sport industry, consider well-being in the workplace, what is done at their level and what are their challenges considering this topic. The case study is based on research from different resources about the two companies.
