Résumé : |
The objective of this dissertation is to identify what the biggest challenges for talent management during the Covid 19 crisis were. The aim is to understand which issues
employees and companies faced during the different episodes of the health crisis with restrictions, lockdowns or uncertainty, and what the new actions to implement are to answer
these issues. The literature review highlights that the questioning of the meaning of work, career shock, and the mental health of employees have been real challenges. Companies, on their side, have had to face an unfailing competitiveness from their competitors. They needed to build strong companies’ culture to engage their employees. The way of working remotely became a competitive advantage, and flexibility, autonomy, and pleasant management are the new pillars of the well-being within a company.Three hypotheses were underlined by this literature review. They were challenged by a qualitative survey where human resources specialists and classical employees were interviewed. All the information harvested through these interviews helped to answer the problematics which were highlighted. |
