This study examines the impact of new technologies on management practices and employee well-being, focusing on small and large companies. Using an in-depth literature review and qualitative research methods such as interviews and surveys, information will be gathered to understand specific management issues related to the use of new technologies. The results of this research will contribute to the existing literature on the intersection between new technologies, management and employee well-being, offering valuable insights to managers and organizations seeking to meet challenges while safeguarding the well-being and productivity of their employees. |
