CINEMA SECTEUR ; FEMME ; FRANCAIS ; HOMME ; MANAGERRésumé : This research article is divided into four additional parts. Part I reviews the existing literature on this topic. We establish our models and hypotheses based on the data we gathered about the French film industry in part II. The findings of our empirical study will be described in part III. Eventually, we will derive conclusions and discuss the potential area of improvement in this study. As the director occupy a central role in the French film industry, we decide to compare the artistic and commercial track records of female and male directors. We argue that business and artistic success in the motion picture industry, though largely unpredictable relies somehow on quantitative input(budget, number of copies) and qualitative input (peer recognition, experience, film genre, etc.).
We will thus derive conclusions on the performances of female-directed films compared to male?directed films by considering the different resources allocated to each film.Programme : PGE-Reims Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=571577 CSR and employer brand attractivity / Françoise DE FELCOURT / 2022

GESTION DES RESSOURCES HUMAINES ; ENTREPRISE ; ECOLOGIE ; SALARIERésumé : Nowadays, companies and more precisely HR departments are facing recruitment and retention issues due to a number of factors. Those factors could be numerous such as a mismatch between candidates’ skills and companies’ needs, hyper-competitive sectors or a candidate typology that has changed significantly over the last 30 years. Generations Y and Z, who already make up more than half of the workforce, are less loyal to their companies, but they are also looking for meaning and are willing to take risks to align their values with their work. They have been sensitized to the notion of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and it seems like they are receptive to CSR commitments. We will therefore ask ourselves what role does CSR play in HR marketing and is it crucial nowadays for employer attractivity? In this paper, we will try to demonstrate that CSR strategy is an HR issue, even though it isn’t always seen as such in companies. We will also try to show that the HR function views CSR commitments as aspect to emphasize in their employer brand communication. Lastly, we will try to see if the HR function believes that promoting CSR commitments will have a positive effect on company attractivity and talent retention. We will do so by analyzing literature on the subject to have a first overview, then we will try to prove our hypothesizes by conducting a qualitative study in the form of interviews. However, one of the limitations of this study might be the fact that in the qualitative study we will base our study on the hypothesis that the if CSR commitments are made by a company they will be respected. Also, it will not take into account the current image of the company. The objective of this paper will be to show that the HR function is conscious about the necessity of implementing a CSR policy coupled with an HR marketing strategy and that they do believe it is a way to attract and retain the talents of tomorrow. DISCRIMINATION ; EGALITE PROFESSIONNELLE ; FEMME ; MANAGERRésumé : The factors of glass ceiling have been studied and measured in various research studies. The present article reinforces and extends this evidence on a micro scale through a case study of a company in the retail and wholesale industry in France. The objective of the research is to analyze the explaining factors that impede and enable women to access managerial positions within the workplace. To this end, several interviews were conducted with Franprix employees and managers to identify the variables that limit or promote the professional development of women within the company. The topics addressed in this investigation are the causes of the glass ceiling, the removal of obstacles to women's full work autonomy, the equal and effective exercise of the positions to which they have access, and the challenges and also milestones of labor parity within Franprix. The research article is divided into three main sections: first, the literature review that defines concepts such as the glass ceiling and its explanatory factors. Second, a description of the methodology is made and the information collected through the research instrument is displayed. Finally, we proceed to the analysis of the findings in order to contrast them with the literature of other authors to generate a discussion around the topic. It is concluded that in the wholesale industry, specifically within the Franprix firm, women and men have different probabilities of occupying leadership positions. The available evidence supports the result through the glass ceiling hypothesis. INTELLIGENCE COLLECTIVE ; MANAGER ; ORGANISATIONRésumé : What can make a team excel on the field or in the company? This question was
a determining factor in the writing of this thesis. While management practices
were an important part of our analysis, we will of course answer this question
with different lines of thought and visions. The case study of the Carrefour group
allowed us to establish different ideas. By associating the world of sports with
the world of business, this research paper also allows us to understand the
impact of management practices on the productivity of teams within
organizations.Programme : MSc Digital Expertise for Marketing Spécialisation : Marketing Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=572774 How should be companies organized in the post Covid-era ? / Théo ROULAND / 2020PermalinkDoes a company with an advanced CSR targets policy in its executive remuneration plan performs better than others companies? / Valentine KRESS / 2020PermalinkThe impact of CEO compensation structure on corporate social performance / Noura MOURFIK / 2020PermalinkWhat are the differences between US and French CEO compensation? / Antoine GUERRAUD / 2020PermalinkWhat is the impact of mergers and acquisitions on CEO compensation? / Lucas LORIN / 2020PermalinkLa boîte à outils du Management - 2e éd. - 64 outils et méthodes / Patrice STERN / PARIS : DUNOD EDITEUR (2019)PermalinkJe manage avec bienveillance / Paul-Marie CHAVANNE / EYROLLES (2019)PermalinkThe impact of the board of directors characteristics on the capital structure.
