FOOTFALL ; IPORésumé : The objective of this study is to identify the criteria that make a club successful in its IPO, several of which are analyzed, such as sports results, governance and the strategy adopted. Key elements of the IPO, such as the valuation of the sports entity that precedes the listing, the financial and legal structure, are also discussed in order to better understand the principles inherent in IPOs and to facilitate the overall understanding of the subject. For the sake of consistency, the two main parts of the literature review and demonstration follow the same general plan of sectoral analysis, then of the IPOs themselves and their impact on club finances. However, the content of the parts diverges in order to respond precisely to the problematic posed in relation to the sports sector chosen for the demonstration, i.e. football Programme : MSc Corporate Finance Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=568525 What is the impact of gamification on employee motivation in service companies ? / Mamoudousriffe KEBE / 2022

EMPLOYE ; ENTREPRISE ; JEU D'ENTREPRISE ; MOTIVATIONRésumé : The game in the company emerged in the early 20th century. The objective was to allow employees to temporarily escape the constant pressures of work. Indeed, this period was linked to the development of various scientific work organizations (Taylorism, Fordism, Toyotism) which advocated productivity above all else. In the 80's, the awareness of the employees, demanding more independence and responsibility, made companies evolve. This led to the introduction of the game in company and its democratization in many companies. The activities organized by employees were a way to claim power. Over time, the notion of "game in company" has been replaced by the term "gamification", which has been taken from the world of video games and is seen as a way to experience satisfaction or well-being at work through the realization of playful activities. Thus, thanks to gamification, work has become a place of fulfillment. Indeed, seeing the multiple benefits offered by gamification, companies are using this phenomenon more and more to both increase employee motivation and increase their productivity. This dissertation will allow us to demonstrate the link between the games played in service companies and the motivation of employees. So naturally we can ask the following question: What is the impact of gamification on employee motivation in service companies? The issue raised is relevant because service companies are currently facing a high turnover rate. Indeed, the drudgery in this sector or the lack of responsibility push employees to desert the service functions. These companies have even tried several marketing techniques such as strengthening their presence on social networks to optimize their communications around recruitment, but all these actions have only served to delay the deadline: the flight of employees. Service companies are now experimenting with the gamification option after having observed its success in other sectors. Indeed, the objective is twofold: to keep their talents by increasing their responsibilities and their satisfaction, but also to promote company indirectly via their employees (word of mouth). Thus, to see the effectiveness of games in the service sector and thus their impact on employee motivation, we will first present our literature review which includes all our research (academic articles and google scholar articles). Secondly, we will present our hypotheses that will allow us to confirm or not the influence of gamification on employee motivation. Then we will specify the methodology used to carry out this dissertation. Finally, we will analyze the results obtained and we will observe the limits encountered during the writing of this dissertation. FINANCE VERTE ; OBLIGATION ; ACTIONNAIRE ; ENTREPRISE ; ENVIRONNEMENTRésumé : Recently climate change has been one of the biggest issues which are faced by the world. In such conditions, the sustainability and environment of a company play a significant role. Currently, a new form of financial derivative has been created where the investment is redirected to stop the climate change and serve the environment. This new financial derivative is called the “Green bond”. As stated by Chen, (2018), the World Bank and the European investment bank issued the first-ever green bond in the year 2007 and it was driven by the supranational organization at the initial time. For the very first time, it entered the public corporation in the year 2013 and since then the growth of the green bond has escalated in the market. When the fast-growing green bond market has been compared with academic research, a research lag has been found in understanding the determinates and effects of green bonds. There are few studies regarding the green bond and its effect, but most of them are focused on the global market as a whole and not on the individual market such as the European market. It is clear that such investment is beneficial for the environment but it is still not clear how the issue of a green bond affects the share price of the company. The main purpose of the study is to identify the impact of green bond issuance on the stock price of the companies and hence, the non-financial companies of the European market will be focused on which has issued green bonds in the last 10 years. As stated by Li et al., (2019) green bond is a new derivative instrument form in the market and hence, it is essential to identify how the issue of these derivatives affect the stock prices so far. The main research problem of this study will be as follows:“What is the impact of the issuance of the green bonds on the share price of the company?” Programme : MSc Finance, Investment & Wealth Management Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=566739 Autonomous and connected vehicles: an automotive industry’s disruption. MOBILITE CONNECTEERésumé : This Research Paper underlines the current technological changes that occur within the automotive industry, with a strong focus on the emergence of connected and self-driving vehicles, as well as the impact that new market entrants could have on current original car manufacturers. To address the above problem, concrete examples and cases from the automotive sector will be used to analyse the current situation in the industry, as well as some additional knowledge gathered through interviews with people from that industry, to bring more legitimacy and observations towards the industry change that is currently happening. This study will end up with some solutions and ideas of improvement that car manufacturers could use to face more properly this industry’s transformation, as well as the entrance of new industry players. To bring additional information to my Research Dissertation, as well as additional ideas, opinions, or even solutions towards my problematics, I therefore conducted interviews with professionals from the automotive sector, who are the followings: 1) Antoine Heidmann, Managing Director at BMW/MINI. 2) Christille Cudennec, Product Marketing Department and Motorsport Manager at Porsche France SA. 3) Lucie Heidmann, Brand Marketing Communication Manager at Stellantis Group. ETATS UNISRésumé : This seminar paper aims at showing a relation between the CEOs compensation and the financial performances of companies in different industries. The sample for the analysis will be mainly composed of US firms for the period between 2010 and 2019. The firm size has not been considered as an important criterion for our sample, because the very first idea was to highlight some pattern for the different industries. Linear Regression analysis has been run to highlight a correlation between those two variables. Our primary finding is that a correlation does exist, but it’s weak for some industries. For other, the correlation does not exist.
