The paper is structured to provide a comprehensive analysis of digital transformation, starting with a literature review and followed by methodology, data collection, analysis, main findings, and conclusions. It emphasizes the essential role of consulting firms in guiding other companies through digital transformation, given their expertise in blending technology with business strategy. Digital transformation is defined as a fundamental change process enabled by digital technologies, strategically leveraging resources and capabilities to significantly improve an entity and redefine its value proposition. This phenomenon has touched all industries, including consulting, where technology-driven consulting is the fastest-growing service line in Europe since 2015. The thesis explores the different stages of digital transformation: digitization, digitalization, and the transformation of business models using IT. It highlights that digital transformation in the service industry impacts business models significantly, leading to faster service delivery and increased efficiency. However, the management consulting industry has been slow in adopting digital transformation, despite its role in promoting business transformation for clients. Focusing on the consulting industry, the thesis discusses the origins and evolution of digital transformation. It notes the shift from traditional to online business models and the increasing importance of data analytics, AI, blockchain, and IoT in contemporary business strategies. The research also covers the changes in consulting models, emphasizing digital-first consulting, data-driven decision-making, specialized services, collaborative ecosystems, subscription-based models, automation, remote consulting, and client-centric approaches. The methodology involves analyzing data from major firms like PwC, Lebara, and EY, evaluating their digital transformation initiatives and extracting lessons applicable to other organizations. Alors que la littérature existante a exploré la relation entre les variables exclusivement économiques, la recherche sur la façon dont le changement climatique affecte le développement humain et la qualité de vie d'une population n'a pas été aussi étudiée. Cette étude essaie de remplir cette absence en utilisant tous les mêmes outils des recherches similaire avec les variables macroéconomique. Grace a l’analyse des données, ce travaille confirme la tendance mondiale de la croissance des températures moyenne et été capable de trouver une corrélation négative linéaire entre ces variables malgré toute les limites dans la prognose des futurs scenarios. Cette recherche constitue une contribution à la compréhension de la relation complexe entre la qualité de vie et développement humain mesure par le IDH et le changement climatique et accentue la nécessité de prendre des mesures rapides et décisives pour éviter que les tendances négatives ne se renforcent. Also, the impact of these concepts has been explored in terms of cost reliefs and job satisfaction, but there is not too much research on how can these impact productivity. So, this is why this paper appears, to show how wellness programs and spiritual practices can influence productivity in startups. Start-ups are fast paced environments with a lot of stress and activity in the daily tasks, there are assumptions that shows that these are spaces with more stress, and where productivity can be affected by a lot of aspects. This is where the motivation comes, to understand the impact on productivity in this new working spaces. The research first uses secondary data to show previous studies on the field, and then use primary data to run an experiment, based on two enterprises, to follow the KPI’s before and after of making an implementation of spiritual practices and wellness programs in the employee´s daily tasks. This is how the research measure in a quantitative way the impact of these concepts on productivity.
