de présenter de façon synthétique et accessible le fonctionnement du système de santé et les différentes théories économiques inspirant la politique publique ;

SANTE ; LABEL DE QUALITE ; COMPORTEMENT DU CONSOMMATEURRésumé : Obesity and overweight are an increasing issue worldwide, mainly due to the imbalance between calorie intake and exercise. Authorities are thereby looking for ways to improve calorie labeling to better raise awareness among consumers about calorie intake on food products. This research investigates an alternative calorie design blinding both exercise-equivalent and "traffic-light" colours that is meant to be salient and easy to understand and retrieve for consumers.
This alternative calorie design was tested by conducting a causal exploration with a survey, comparing it to the current public policy calorie design. The main goal was to determine if people would more pay attention to a salient and easy to understand calorie design, and whether that would bring them to take calorie intake information into account when making food choices.
The results demonstrate that the alternative calorie design is more effective than the current public policy. Firstly, respondents paid more attention to the alternative calorie information. Then, their purchase intentions were higher for healthier products than with the public policy calorie design. People in the testing group retrieved better the calorie content of each product, and thus ranked some of the products better than the others.Note de contenu : Bibliogr. p.23 Programme : PGE-Reims Spécialisation : Marketing Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=485061 Invisible disability and the process of recruitment / Frédéric POOR / 2018

HANDICAP ; EMBAUCHE ; MANAGERRésumé : The main objective of this research is to find a way to integrate people living with an invisible disability on the job market. This population is often discriminated and faces difficulties to get included in the society. Even if there are many measures to help these people to be integrated, they still suffer from their disability. More than the physical pain, it is the psychological pain that is more difficult to support. In this sense, I want to raise awareness about the fact that the person living with an invisible disability may be “able” to work and, doing so, fight the prejudices. INFORMATION DU CONSOMMATEUR ; SANTE ; LABEL DE QUALITERésumé : This paper examines the ability of nutrition labels on packaging to reach the consumer effectively with information that helps taking healthy decisions.
To answer this question, we tested consumer behavior related to packaging information and its influence on purchase intention. Our hypothesis was that nutritional labelling as it is, is not a reliable source of information for consumer healthy choice.
From the data obtained, we concluded that the nutrition information presented as it is today, is not a major factor of influence on consumer’s choice, because consumers do not understand or read the information. But with a clear system showing the nutritional value of products like Yuka, based on the nutriscore, consumers are more aware of what they purchase, and what they should avoid buying.
Companies are lobbying to avoid a transparent system that could discredit some of their products in the eyes of consumers. This effort of clarity must then come from independent companies such as Yuka. However, origin, ingredients and price are also important criteria in consumers’ decisions and should be taken into consideration in the rating. Yuka is an example that could be followed in the next years by other companies and has already started a change.Note de contenu : Bibliogr. p.20-21 Programme : PGE-Reims Spécialisation : Marketing Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=485059 Low-fat claims and consumer purchase intentions / Giulia PIGNATTI MORANO / 2018PermalinkMotivations for Alcohol use among young adults in France : the impact of coping motives / Léo BLANCHET / 2018PermalinkSatisfaction with health information sources.
