Au travers de cette étude exploratoire nous allons répondre à la problématique suivante : Comment les entreprises du secteur des biens de consommation peuvent-elles bénéficier de la blockchain, d’un point de vue stratégique et concurrentiel ?En plus de l’intérêt de la blockchain en interne, nous étudions le point de vue consommateur en quête de plus de fiabilité et d’une meilleure traçabilité. La technologie de la blockchain est à l’aube d’un bouleversement dans les industries mais reste encore controversé par son aspect énergivore, coûteux et à cause du manque de connaissance du grand publique sur ce sujet.
