CHINE ; MARKETING DE LA DISTRIBUTION ; MODERésumé : The nickelization of fashion design is an inevitable trend that will occur when material and spiritual culture reaches a certain level of prosperity, and has already begun in Europe and the United States since the 1980s and 1990s, while China is a new phenomenon in the last decade. In developed countries in Europe and America, the rise of Japanese designers from Paris in the 1980s, the rise to fame of the Six Gentlemen in Antwerp, Belgium in the 1990s, and the arrival of new designers in London and New York many years later in top international fashion brands, the power of niche designers and niche brands began to emerge.I will explore the reasons why this brand went from being unaccepted by the industry to becoming a highly acclaimed fashion brand in the West, as well as its current status and possible opportunities in the Chinese market, by looking at the typical Japanese niche designer Rei Kawakubo and her clothing brand Comme des Garçons' design style, company operations and marketing approach. CRISE ECONOMIQUE ; CRYPTOMONNAIE ; CHINERésumé : With the improvement of financial markets and the gradual increase of openness, China's financial markets and the world economy are becoming increasingly linked. This study measures the returns of the Chinese stock market and cryptocurrency market in the period before and after COVID-19 epidemic crisis, and uses the DCC-GARCH model to analyze the dynamic correlation between the volatility of the Chinese stock market and cryptocurrency market returns, and to explore whether the Chinese stock market and cryptocurrency market have new characteristics of linkage in the post-COVID-19 epidemic era. The main conclusions of this paper are: first, the level of correlation between Chinese stock market and cryptocurrency market is positive, varying across time. Second, the dynamic correlation coefficients of Chinese stock market and BTC and ETH markets fluctuate between -0.1-0.2 and 0.00-0.10 respectively in the full sample interval, while the static simple correlation coefficients are 0.05 and 0.07 respectively, indicating that the dynamic correlation results are robust. Third, correlations between cryptocurrency and Chinese stock market before and after the COVID-19 period didn’t show a significant difference. CHINE ; CRIME ; ANALYSE DES DONNEES ; RESEAU SOCIALRésumé : Social media is an important form of Internet communication. Users can share ideas, opinions and attitudes through Facebook, Twitter, Sina Weibo and other online media
platforms, forming huge social influence. New types of crimes through social networks, such as human trafficking, are becoming a social activity that is difficult to find on the
Internet, causing potential social and government management risks. Therefore, the requirement of specific technical means to monitor social media is necessary. And social media can even be used as a way to control or monitor the crime.Children are the hope and future of a country and a nation. However, an enormous number of children are trafficked in China every year. Moreover, with the constant improvement of the country's crackdown on child abduction and the continuous "evolution" of criminal methods, the current child abduction crime presents many new characteristics, such as intelligence and organization. However, the current countermeasures are relatively lagging behind, and it is difficult to deal with new criminal methods and characteristics. The information of social networks is generated rapidly, the volume of data is enormous. At the same time, the propagation of the content is breaking through time and the conventional limitations of the media and space. The existing network trafficking incident monitoring system cannot meet the collection, storage and analysis needs of massive data. Based on these problems, there needs to be a tracking and tracing technology that is deeply bound to social media to stop crime.
On the grounds of entirely studying the public opinion monitoring system, the structural model of the monitoring system based on big data is designed, which uses different big data technologies to solve the corresponding monitoring problems in a hierarchical manner.Programme : MSc Business Analytics Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=563771 How could China promote women's access to high responsibility jobs in comparison to France ? / Tianyue GU / 2022

CHINE ; ENTREPRISE ; FEMME ; HIERARCHIERésumé : In China, female executives play an increasingly important role in corporate development. Women's participation in China's executive team has increased, but they remain underrepresented relative to men. Women are better promoted in France than in China due to long-standing feminist movement and progressive legislation. In this study, I present the current situation of women's promotion in China and France, including the current ratio, education, and legislation. I also find that the main obstacles to women's advancement to high responsibility positions include the "glass ceiling effect", the constraints of the free market economy, and the lack of legal policies. As women executives play an increasingly important role in corporate development, including but not limited to improving corporate efficiency and corporate climate, it is important to explore how women are promoted to senior positions in China. In order to explore how to promote more Chinese women to high responsibility positions, I interviewed 12 Chinese employees and managers through an interview survey to explore the factors that influence the promotion of women to executive positions today and the countermeasures from their responses. The survey results showed that the spread of higher education and the improvement of legal regulations can be a driving force. At the same time, the current COVID-19 and three-child policy can hinder women's promotion to some extent. Therefore, it is suggested that countermeasures should be proposed at three levels: women themselves, companies, and society to promote women in China.
