INTERNET ; COMMUNICATIONRésumé : Nowadays, communication is crucial within a company. Indeed, it is the link between the brand and the end consumers. Since the end of the 90s, the arrival of the Internet has completely redefined the external communication of companies. One key topic is social media, new tools made available to companies that have arrived one after the other (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter…).
From sharing one's life to communicating with others (could be family, friends, or even strangers), social media have become widely used by everyone on a daily basis. Today, many people spend several hours a day on social networks, which has made these channels essential for businesses, especially with the arrival of social media influencers, a new way to promote a brand to their target audience.Programme : MSc Marketing French Excellence Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=564566 Digitalization of the performing arts: the example of the theater. / Anne-Constance COJAN / 2022

SPECTACLE ; PIECE DE THEATRE ; WEBMARKETING ; COMMUNICATIONRésumé : The COVID-19 crisis has seen the use of digital in all areas of work flourish. Almost all companies seem to have adopted increasingly digital processes and methods. The world of live performance, however, and more particularly the world of theater, remains a field of friction with respect to digital. Indeed, how can digital, which by definition is virtual, support or even replace certain aspects of this field, which is by definition based on the living dimension and the sharing of a real, physical experience? Our study will deal with the issue of the advantages and limitations of digital marketing in the future of live performance, and more specifically in the theater field. A quantitative study was conducted to determine if the use of digital media had a positive impact on the purchase of theater tickets. A second question raised by this study was whether the use developed under the COVID 19 crisis of filmed theater performances could be suitable for spectators and be used in a sustainable way. The results showed that digital is not sufficient as a means of communication for live performance. It also showed that while live broadcasting of theater performances could be interesting in some cases, it could not be realized in a sustainable way. Spectators would prefer to see live theater. CHANGEMENT SOCIAL ; COMMUNICATION ; EMPLOYE ; TRAVAIL A DISTANCERésumé : These questions will be examined in the timescale of a crisis that occurred pretty recently: the Covid-19 pandemic. In fact, since the first trimester of 2020, a majority of countries have faced a governmental lockdown and quarantine (several, actually). This situation stopped the whole system of our society, and everything had to be rethought in a short period of time. At a time where mobility of products and people was at a peak, people had to be confined. Concerning companies and businesses, it meant that people could not come to the office anymore, and thus it changed entirely the way to work as an employee or as a manager, as a team, a department or globally as a company. We can ask ourselves how the intergenerational gap translated in the pandemic times. At this timewhen everyone had to adapt, already existing generational differences could then create really various
challenges from one generation to the other. Did the changes that happened in the offices affected these different generations differently? Are they happy with these changes or not? Have their needs changed after Covid concerning their working life? What do they expect now from their managers and HR representatives? Moreover, what has been done since 2020 to manage these various needs and challenges? Did HR and managers act differently for generations X, Y, and Z while creating new processes since the pandemic crisis began?
For example, how did the forced and speeded digitalisation of processes impacted generations X, Y and Z? Were there tailored approaches towards the different generations to train them and implement these new processes, or were generational matters not taken into account while managing the changes at the employees scale?Programme : MSc Human Resources Consulting Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=565300 How to implement Memetic Power in Luxury Fashion Communication Strategies? / Camille LARSON / 2022PermalinkShould industrial food brands include LGBTQ+ individuals in their advertisements and communication?
