JEUNE ; COMMUNICATION ; MARQUERésumé : Les marques doivent se réinventer et revoir leur stratégie de communication en profondeur. Pour ce faire, il faut parvenir à cerner la Génération Y. Quelles sont ses pratiques ? Quelles sont ses habitudes ? Que souhaite-t-elle ? Qu’attend-elle d’une marque ? Comment s’adapter à elle ? Et surtout : comment créer une relation de proximité avec elle ?
Il s’agit là d’un enjeu essentiel pour elles puisque la génération Y est une cible plus que prometteuse. Représentant 50% des travailleurs en 2020 et 75% en 2025 selon une récente étude de Deloitte, les Millenials sont les consommateurs d’aujourd’hui et de demain. De plus, ils détiennent un fort pouvoir de prescription auprès de leurs pairs et de leurs parents. Les marques ont donc tout intérêt à réinstaurer un climat de confiance et une relation de proximité avec cette cible, en vue de la fidéliser. Pour ce faire, elles doivent revoir de fond en comble leur stratégie de communication et explorer les différentes pistes qui s’offrent à elles.
