ANALYSE DES DONNEES ; BASE DE DONNEES ; MARKETING EXPERIENTIELRésumé : This article seeks to understand why Spotify, a recognised Big Data company, is not misperceived by consumers, unlike its peers.
We want to answer the question: Why are Spotify users fully engaged in the customer experience without being afraid of their data being collected?
By going deeper, we will analyse the user's behaviour in their customer journey. We will also look at Spotify's agency, which plays a key role in user engagement and retention. We will also look at the personalisation of the Spotify experience, focusing on personalised playlists, which plays a big role in consumer engagement. Consideration will also be given to how Spotify uses taste profiling, studying the moods, emotions and consumption context of its user.
Furthermore, we will try to understand why users have created this emotional bond with the platform, removing any fear they may have about their data protection.
For this research, we conduct a qualitative analysis, in the form of semi-interviews, to help us understand the user's behaviour in the midst of the customer experience and their relationship with the music streaming platform.Programme : MSc Digital Expertise for Marketing Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=568513

FINANCE INNOVATIONRésumé : financial institutions such as banks, credit unions, credit card companies, investments firms need to implement information security. In Eastern countries such as France,
security agencies like ANSSI and the European central bank regulate and set rules for finance security, in lower-income countries, security tend to be less implemented, and the push is towards greater financial inclusion.Let’s ask ourselves to what extent can blockchain technology improve finance security in the next years?
We may then wonder:
• What are the blockchain applications that can improve finance security?
• Are there any solutions that can be implemented right now?
• How could attackers benefit from Blockchain flaws?
• What are the risks and zones of uncertainties about blockchain applied in Finance security?Programme : PGE-Reims Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=571571 Microtransactions in the video game industry the impact of microtransactions on customer’s behavior in the video game industry / Peter MICOLLET / 2021

COMPORTEMENT DU CONSOMMATEUR ; INFORMATIQUE ; VIDEOTEXRésumé : This study aims to discover some effects linked to the presence of microtransactions in video games and especially how players perceive these microtransactions according to their purchase behaviors in the video game industry. In order to lead this study, a quantitative research answered by 283 persons has been studied in order to find relationships between some purchase patterns among players, their relationships with microtransactions and especially the perception of players on microtransactions and their possible actions taken about this business model. With the findings we discovered that the presence of microtransactions inside video games leads to negative reactions either from purchasers and non-purchasers and affects negatively the brand image of publishers while players who purchase microtransactions are globally satisfied by their purchases. If some playing behaviors influence the purchase of microtransactions, however, this feature has a bad perception among players. Literature on the subject investigated especially on the problematic linked to loot boxes (random chests purchasable giving rewards) which may be referred as gambling, or the regulation linked to these practices, and some effects happening in the industry and to players. However, I thought that the previous researches were too focused on one particular type of microtransaction and didn’t explore clearly how the different types of players react and are tied to them. This study might help companies in this industry to have a better understanding on the perception that players have on microtransaction and how they can improve their relationships with players to improve their brand image and their retention of players. SANTE ; DONNEES CHIFFREES ; INFORMATIQUE ; INFORMATIONRésumé : The health sector is a crucial sector insofar as its good control and management allows the maintenance and development of populations and therefore of peoples. Already in ancient times Hippocrates had indicated the variable nature of medicine. Thus, according to places and people, diseases and treatments were not to be similar. Through the centuries, science and knowledge have evolved allowing medicine to develop. Over the last decades, the emergence of new technologies has allowed medicine to develop considerably in many areas. Indeed, the coupling of hardware and software technologies has enabled the discovery of many advances thanks to the collection of countless health data which, thanks to the calculation engine of big data technologies, have been analyzed and cross-referenced.
Data has therefore become a precious resource in the field of medicine, as in most other fields. At the same time, tools and applications have been developed with the main objective to collect data in order to personalize medicine as much as possible, as Hippocrates once advocated. Thus, many big data health technologies have been developed in order to personalize the medical monitoring and treatment of patients.
Regarding the development of these technologies, however, a certain reluctance of individuals has set in. Indeed, this study has observed several elements at the origin of this disinterest of individuals for these health technologies. On the one hand, people are generally attached to traditional medicine because of the strong trust established between doctors, the medical profession and patients. On the other hand, people in good health do not feel concerned by technological tools for medical monitoring given their good state of health. On the other hand, older people who may be concerned and may benefit from these innovations prefer to keep a traditional method of medical monitoring. However, we have observed the strong prescribing power of doctors, which may encourage adoption. Thus, globally, people indicate that they are willing to use these tools only once in hospital or because of a real direct need. On the other hand, the stakes related to the security of the data collected constitute an obstacle to adoption for a certain category of people, particularly the elderly.
Thus, this study concludes that in order to remove barriers to the adoption of health technologies using big data, public and medical entities can play a very important role in reassuring potential users, by presenting in a transparent manner the benefits that these healthcare technologies can bring to both medicine and users.
