Elle visait à comparer ces traits de caractère avec ceux que les individus développent en étudiant à l'étranger, tels qu'ils ressortent de l'analyse de la littérature. En outre, l'étude a cherché à examiner les atouts influents figurant sur les CV des candidats, ainsi que les lignes directrices de l'entreprise concernant le processus d'embauche, y compris la sélection des CV et les entretiens. En interrogeant les répondants, l'étude visait à identifier des thèmes communs parmi les professionnels du recrutement et les managers concernant l'impact perçu des expériences d'études à l'étranger sur l'aptitude à l'embauche. Elle visait à mieux comprendre comment ces expériences internationales sont perçues et valorisées dans les pratiques de recrutement des entreprises et des organisations. Les résultats de l'étude ont permis de formuler des recommandations visant à sensibiliser davantage les employeurs et les entreprises aux expériences et aux compétences précieuses acquises dans le cadre d'études à l'étranger. Ces suggestions visent à améliorer la reconnaissance et l'utilisation de ces expériences dans l'intérêt des employeurs et de l'environnement de l'entreprise, et encouragent les recherches futures à renforcer les preuves. However, it evolves in the very competitive market of the sparkling wines. One of the most dynamic markets for sparkling wines is the United States. In this market, champagne is not spared from the increased competition from other sparkling wines, particularly prosecco and American sparkling wines. Many writings show the differences between the various sparkling wines. Others explain the American market with great precision, particularly on the differences between generations and their relationship with wine and sparkling wines. A qualitative study of six interviews was conducted to further explore the sparkling wine market in the United States, including the competition of sparkling wines with champagne. But also, in light of the economic complications that such a model creates, I question the future of this genre and the future of the model, given the changing world in which we live.
