AGROALIMENTAIRE SECTEUR ; COMPORTEMENT DU CONSOMMATEUR ; EMBALLAGE ; INFORMATION DU CONSOMMATEUR ; LABEL DE QUALITERésumé : In this paper we will ask ourselves about front of package food labelling. Front of package is the first thing that consumers see when they are shopping, the attractiveness and the information displayed are often looked at in a very short time. This is why all the information needed must be available at first glance. Our focus will be on vegetarian seal, which is, as you will discover later, already existing but not well-enough widespread.
We will discuss about the possible improvements and the reasons why more products should display this logo. Then, in order to support this research idea, we will also analyse the results of a quantitative research. And, finally, we will conclude this seminar paper with a general discussion about the topic.Note de contenu : Bibliographie p. 24-25 Programme : PGE-Reims Spécialisation : Marketing Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=494623 Made in Italy: how much Italians know about Terroir? FROMAGE SECTEUR ; LABEL DE QUALITE ; GESTION DU MARKETINGRésumé : The concept of Terroir has always been investigated regarding the wine sector. In the present research a study has been conducted about its meaning and application to the diary products, specifically to two different kind of Italian Cheeses: A Mono Regional product, whose production is located in one single region, Emilia Romagna, has been opposed to a Multi Regional one, produced in almost 5 different regions.
A blinded tasting has been conducted to see to which extent Italian people recognize their product and how much are they aware about their products’ Terroir. Two different groups of people have been defined, one tasting Parmigiano Reggiano and the other one tasting Grana Padano. Although the two products belong to the same family of Hard-Cheese, they are different in the texture and in the flavor. Moreover, they find a different position in the market, since Parmigiano Reggiano is more expansive than Grana Padano.
The statistical analysis performed on SPSS, showed a significant result. In fact, there is a difference regarding the ability of recognition of the two products. Specifically, most of the people have been able to recognize Parmigiano Reggiano but not Grana Padano. Moreover, something interesting that came out from the analysis is that Grana Padano was confused with Parmigiano, even if on the survey there were information about the Mono and Multi Regional nature of the product. This is a clear sign that people were not aware about the Terroir of the two Cheeses. Italians do not know where the products are produced and this could have many repercussions from the Marketing point of view, because people do not have the tools to recognize and appreciate the added value of very good products like Parmigiano, produced in a restricted area with specific criteria and techniques.

AGROALIMENTAIRE SECTEUR ; EMBALLAGE ; MARKETING STRATEGIQUE ; SANTERésumé : Based on evidence that colour can influence the perception of the consumer, the trend of healthiness that increase in marketing and the existing researches, this study aims to determine how the packaging colour can influence the consumer perception about the healthiness of a product. Our hypothesis is that green and neutral colour can be perceived healthier than classical ones, and permits to give an advantage for the product differentiation. To analyse this research question, a survey was done with 90 respondents. It was divided between three groups seeing one juice fruit packaging. One was orange, one was green and one had neutral colour. This survey confirms that green and neutral colours are perceived healthier than a classical one in a consumer mind. Also, this study tries to understand the healthiness trend by analysing if the exposure to colours that evokes the healthiness could encourage consumers to choose a healthy product. The results was not enough significant to declare that both are linked. Finally, the main contribution of this paper is to aware marketers about colour’s meanings and their use in an healthiness issue because consumers are more attentive to the list of ingredients and to avoid green-washing products. RESEAU SOCIAL ; WEBMARKETING ; MARKETING PARTICIPATIF ; AGROALIMENTAIRE SECTEURRésumé : This paper contributes to the few existing researches about the relationship between co-creation and observer-based brand equity (OBBE). More specifically it shows the effect product co-creation in the food business can have on the brand equity of observers. It focuses only on Facebook as it is a trendy method to engage customers and it is the main media used by food companies. Thus, our research question is: To what extent does product co-creation positively influence the OBBE of food companies on Facebook? We have tested several hypotheses in a quantitative methodology to verify: if the relationship product co-creation and OBBE is positive and if it can be mediated by the participant’s integration in the process or the brand familiarity. We have found that there is indeed a positive relationship between product co-creation and OBBE. However, even if the means tend to confirm the hypotheses, there was no significant difference to validate that the familiarity or the strength of integration of participants can mediate this effect.
