CINEMA SECTEUR ; INDE ; PAKISTAN ; RELIGIONRésumé : It is evident through the literature that Hollywood being the biggest film industry in the world has specific discourses of exceptionalism with various narratives and
themes to present Muslim Characters of Arab (Middle East) in particular and from other countries in general. These discourses are also greatly influenced by a history of relation between US and Middle East during the colonial and post-colonial era, 9/11 has been a seal of approval on those narratives. On the other hand, religion, art and literature are three of the key components of Indian culture, where religion has been taking a form of national identity lately and there are certain characters, gender roles, historical and religious representation that are supposed to be within the defined limits of spirituality and nationalist acceptance. The topic of ‘Terrorism’ has exceptionalism discourse where the subject is often times desired as well as exceptionalised in the social context. The stringent relation between India and Pakistan is a key and potent reason behind using ‘Exceptionalism’ discourse for Muslim Representing Characters in India Bollywood. All the characters hailing from or linked to Pakistan either have a connection with the history of India and Pakistan before partition or during partition or with the post partition events of extremism, friendship, infringements, insurgencies and the bilateral ties; this gives grounds to the premise that the ‘Exceptionalism’ discourse of Muslim Characters in Indian Bollywood movies is greatly influenced by the India and Pakistan geopolitical, social and diplomatic relations.Programme : MSc Business Analytics Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=563774 To what extent has the Covid-19 crisis created new challenges and solutions for Talent Management? / Mathilde TEMIME / 2022

TRAVAIL A DISTANCE ; CULTURE ; REMUNERATIONRésumé : The objective of this dissertation is to identify what the biggest challenges for talent management during the Covid 19 crisis were. The aim is to understand which issues
employees and companies faced during the different episodes of the health crisis with restrictions, lockdowns or uncertainty, and what the new actions to implement are to answer
these issues. The literature review highlights that the questioning of the meaning of work, career shock, and the mental health of employees have been real challenges. Companies, on their side, have had to face an unfailing competitiveness from their competitors. They needed to build strong companies’ culture to engage their employees. The way of working remotely became a competitive advantage, and flexibility, autonomy, and pleasant management are the new pillars of the well-being within a company.Three hypotheses were underlined by this literature review. They were challenged by a qualitative survey where human resources specialists and classical employees were interviewed. All the information harvested through these interviews helped to answer the problematics which were highlighted.

Programme : Cesem Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=536263 Bringing ecology to theatre production: challenges and possibilities / Mariia LOBANOVA / 2021

CINEMA ; CULTURE ; DEVELOPPEMENT DURABLE ; ECOLOGIERésumé : Culture does not seem to be the major sector adding up carbon emissions – the numbers are small compared to other industries. This is a mistake: culture, to be produced, needs energy, transportation, buildings, nutrition, and those are basic needs of any production. Next, comes the production itself with sets, decorations, costumes, lighting, touring, finally, the audience coming to the shows. All this brings about carbon emissions, so, culture has an impact on climate, and this impact is noticeable. Thus, the question of making the production more eco responsible is crucial in culture as in any other sector.Theatrical production is not an exemption.
That is why the following research question was posed: What approach can one choose to make theatre production more ecological? What issues and challenges, but also opportunities may this change bring aboutProgramme : MSc Cultural & Creative Industries Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=538566 Comprendre l'immobilisme social intergénérationnel à travers le concept de culture de pauvreté / Ruddy NDICKA MATAM / 2021PermalinkLa COVID-19, destruction créatrice pour l’industrie musicale ? / Coralie GRASLIN / 2021PermalinkCSR strategies in the book publishing industry: a case study of Chelsea Green Publishing / Stella GOUES / 2021PermalinkLes enjeux des publics spécifiques pour les institutions culturelles / Florine JACQUES-JEAN / 2021PermalinkLa gastronomie française et sa valorisation.
