Note de contenu : Bibliogr. p.135-139 Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=316227 Exemplaires(1)

IMAGE DE MARQUE ; MARKETING STRATEGIQUE ; SPORT ; ECOLOGIE ; COMPORTEMENT DU CONSOMMATEURRésumé : In today’s society, trends in consumption have progressively evolved. Not only people buy a product, but consumers are now more and more attracted by brands they feel a connection with. From a sudden concern for ecology to its relentless rise, retailers strive to design environmental-friendly strategies that will create competitive advantages and retain loyal consumers. Consequently, sports brands have progressively started introducing eco-friendly practices into their brand management. And so far, this has been a good way to enhance their reputation towards consumers: promoting eco-responsibility leads to a higher consumer commitment. The research study conducted on a sample of 137 individuals, confronted with data collected from scientific papers, demonstrates the positive correlation between promoting green consciousness and higher consumers’ attachment to sports brands. Highly green-conscious consumers respond more positively to eco-responsible sports brands. They show stronger brand attachment and exhibit greater loyalty to green sports brands and their green products. This green orientation influences the consumers choice for purchasing their sports brands products. Consumer demand for eco-responsible commitment has become an imperative for brands to remain financially sustainable and compete successfully. LABEL DE QUALITE ; ALIMENTATION ; INFORMATION DU CONSOMMATEURRésumé : In 2017, 775 million people were diagnosed obese. Obesity, diabetes but also cardio vascular diseases are examples of food-related issues. This is linked to the massive industrialization of food and the more recurrent use of processed food by individuals. Indeed, industrial use products that can be harmful if they are eaten in an uncontrolled quantity, like salt, sugar or saturated fat. But this process is accompanied by the raising of awareness from individuals. New diet trends like veganism, vegetarianism, paleo diet, lactose or gluten free meals, are the proofs of an evolution in consumer perception but also and foremost of consumer’s knowledge and interest in what they put in their bodies. Indeed, people all around the world are even more aware of the importance of eating healthy and the danger of processed and industrialized food. Unfortunately, those evolutions are not mainstream. If some people are even more aware of the importance of food and the repercussions it can have on your body, the majority still ignores it or at least does not take time to analyze and understand the benefits or dangers of what they put in their bodies, because they look for food that is easy and fast to cook,
because they need to buy cheaper products but also because they do not understand which product is good for them and which is not. In order to help consumers understand what they buy and eat, many governments have put in place nutritional labelling. Titre : Health claims and nutritional labelling : To what extend activity equivalent calorie labelling could influence consumers' purchase intention Type de document : Mémoire Auteurs : Maëlle WINIARCZYK, Auteur Année de publication : 2018 Importance : 19 p. INFORMATION DU CONSOMMATEUR ; LABEL DE QUALITE ; ALIMENTATIONRésumé : This study consists in finding thanks to a research if the activity equivalent calorie labelling can have an impact on the buying decision of the consumer and/or on his consumption behavior. The idea is to replace the current complex nutritional labelling and the front-‐of-‐pack calorie label by a label that tells how many minutes of exercise you need to burn off calories. To conduct this study, I’ve firstly made some researches about different articles which tackle the issue of calorie consumption, nutritional labelling, or even the relationship between calorie consumption and physical activity. Then, I realized an online survey who helped me to understand better the consumers especially toward calories, nutritional labelling, physical activity and introduce them the idea of the activity equivalent calorie labelling. After analyzing this survey, I observed that people think that current nutritional labels are not effective and enough visible, but were pretty sensible to the consumption of calories and have the feel of guiltiness toward calories. They found easily understandable the activity equivalent calorie labelling but were not completely convince that it can replace the current front-‐of-‐pack calorie label. This study gives them the opportunity to have a first approach with the activity equivalent calorie labelling. They need anyway to be more informed and used to this new kind of labelling, maybe thanks to the use of a national communication campaign or through a nutritional association.
