AUTOMOBILE SECTEUR ; CHAINE LOGISTIQUE ; CONTROLE QUALITE ; INNOVATION ; TECHNOLOGIE DE RUPTURERésumé : Blockchain is a disruptive innovation for the automotive industry. Automotive pioneers have been applying block chain technology to improve their supply chain performance, especially in procurement process recently. The common problem of automotive procurement, such as quality control to suppliers, workload in procurement process, cost saving, transparency, risk in international payment, and management time delivery is solved by blockchain technology.Blockchain technology can take many forms: public blockchain, private blockchain, permissioned blockchain, or consortium blockchain. Basing on their demands and business scales, the automotive companies will select the proper blockchain technology to implement for their business activities. Block chain tools like smart contract, and Internet of Things, distrusted ledger, are applied in the procurement process to enhance working efficiency, save cost, generate transparency, trace transactions, track quality control processes, and perform quickly risk-free international payment transactions. External and internal environment factors in the automotive industry demonstrate how blockchain can innovate the procurement process of automotive companies. Surveys of current data from automotive companies, and the points of view of executive managers in applying blockchain in the procurement process demonstrate the trends and willingness to implement blockchain in the automotive industry. AUTOMOBILE SECTEUR ; IMAGE DE MARQUE ; INNOVATION TECHNOLOGIQUE ; COMPORTEMENT DU CONSOMMATEURRésumé : This study underlines the impact of the brand image on the adoption process of the driverless car. 3 brands with 3 different brand images have been chosen to make an experimentation: First comes Renault, a French middle-range car manufacturer, then Audi, a German premium and technology oriented car brand and finally Google, expert in the artificial intelligence, eager to explore a new wide market such as autonomous car industry.
The study confirms the 3 brand images and highlights potential issues in customer perception of Googles. Questions about private life are evocated by respondents but the brand mainly appears has a high-tech expert. Brand image is therefore playing an important role and especially through brand trust in the adoption process. Renault is logically the brand which convince the less customers with the lowest trust and adoption score.
The study reveals that Audi is the brand perceived as the most congruent with the highest rate in term of trust in the brand, but it seems that the driverless car is more perceived as an AI product than a car which leads to reduce consequently trust of respondents while talking trust in the brand for designing a driverless car. The expertise required benefit to Google which has the highest adoption willingness score.
However, attitude toward Google seems to be highly reduced when customers are getting older. They are the ones who are the most afraid of spying image of Google and are more likely to trust car brands they know since their childhood.

PSARésumé : This seminar paper focuses on the deep evolutions of strategy known by the French company Groupe PSA from 2008 to today. This choice is motivated the author's deep interest in the automotive industry, and by the fact that the companies belonging to it are facing a growing number of challenges to adapt their offer to environmental norms and to numerous changes in consumer behaviour towards vehicles. The study of Groupe PSA is particularly interesting as it went from a near-bankruptcy situation mainly caused by the 2008 financial crisis to a quick return to growth illustrated by increasingly solid financial results since 2014. The seminar paper is focused on the following question : How successful is the reform of PSA’s strategy and to what extent must it continue to sustain and to develop the activities of the company? ACHAT ; AUTOMOBILE SECTEUR ; CHAINE LOGISTIQUERésumé : The aim of this paper is to highlight the potential factors of evolution of the supplier selection in the automotive sector and try to understand how it may affect it. It presents the historical factors and how they have influenced the industry over the past decades. It is based on previous literatures related to this field and current trends. For a while, the automotive company was creating the trends. Nowadays, with emerging new competitors (GAFA), the automotive company follows the trends more than it creates them. However, companies seem to avoid any structural change, the historical criteria remain. The change is perceived with the considerations taken into account for the purchasing. Nevertheless, it appears that the components and the way to purchase is struggling to evolve as the industry is well-established. Note de contenu : Bibliogr. p. 18-19, annexes (3 p.)
