AUDIT FINANCIER ; CONTROLE QUALITERésumé : Ce Seminar Paper répondra à la question de l’impact de la digitalisation sur la qualité de l’audit. Pour cela, nous avons réalisé une revue littéraire puis avons mené différents entretiens avec des professionnels du secteur de l’audit pour la partie empirique. Durant notre travail nous nous sommes attardés sur les différentes formes possibles de cette digitalisation, sur les conséquences envisageables sur le métier d’auditeur et nous avons également essayé d’analyser si cette digitalisation et son impact était le même pour toutes les typologies de cabinet. Nous avons donc également mené une comparaison entre Big4 et cabinets de taille intermédiaire.

This paper proposes an analysis of the perceptions and purchase intentions for a specific cheese: the camembert.A quantitative study was conducted to research the possible link between an origin mention and consumers’ perception of camembert.The study used three similar camembert packaging with different origin mentions: one with a traditional origin, one with an alternative origin, and one with no origin. Participants were asked several questions about their product perception and purchase intention regarding each of the three packagings.The statistical analysis showed no significant results regarding the influence of the origin mention in general, but it showed that mentioning the traditional origin has a positive impact. On the contrary, mentioning another origin, that is less linked with the tradition will attenuate the effect. Some moderators have also been tested, and it showed that knowledge about the product leads to a preference for the AOC. The results lead to the conclusion that consumers prefer the camembert de Normandie and that it is linked to the origin mention. However, mentioning the origin not always has a positive effect. VIN SECTEUR ; ECOLOGIE ; CERTIFICATION ; LABEL DE QUALITERésumé : Over the past decade, we saw many wine producers adding eco-certifications to their wine labels. Some of them are even using more than one certification. Without considering the cost of those certifications, is it worth it from consumers’ points of view? This qualitative study was conducted to answer this concern and to try and explain the factors that may influence consumers attitude towards those eco-labels. The results of this study point out the positive influence of adding an eco-certification to a wine label. However, it is now proven that adding more than one of these certifications tend to decrease consumers’ willingness to pay for the product. After conducting this research, we understand that feature fatigue and the lack of understanding of eco-certifications are the two factors pushing consumers to reduce their perceived value of a wine bottle when two or more certifications are displayed. What is even more surprising is that whatever consumers’ frequency of consumption, wine preferences or involvement into environmental concerns, we are all impacted the same way. Thus, is it still necessary to race for who has three or four certifications? According to consumers’ point of view the answer is no and wine producers might probably reconsider their competition for eco- certifications as this research shows that having three or no certification on a bottle brings the same value to consumers.
