BASE DE DONNEES ; CONCURRENCE ; MONNAIE ELECTRONIQUE ; TECHNOLOGIE DE RUPTURERésumé : In my report, I first introduced in a general way the theme of my research which is "Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies" in order to be able to clearly define the subject and especially understand the context of my research. Then I analyzed the database on which I based my work thanks to Excel which also enabled me to produce graphs allowing me to interpret all my data. After that I presented all the factors that I used to determine the following hypothesis " There is a relationship between governance and ROI of ICOs ". Then, I explained the methodology I followed to test my hypothesis and introduced the tool with which I did this test. I decided to work with R and Rstudio to be able to perform a linear regression and detect the existence of a relationship between my variables.
Finally, I was able to come out with a set of results that represent a response to my hypothesis.Note de contenu : PGE:Bibliogr.P. 22-23 Programme : PGE-Rouen Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=496385 Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies. CONCURRENCE ; MONNAIE ; MONNAIE ELECTRONIQUE ; TECHNOLOGIE DE RUPTURERésumé : In this work we have studied the phenomenon of the initial coin offering, which consist of raising funds using existing cryptocurrencies as the Ether and Bitcoin in exchange of the new issued cryptocurrencies. This procedure was widespread during 2017, making this year an exaptational year for the investors of the Blockchain.
This procedure, despite its simplicity and lack of regulation, its success remains a real challenge for companies. The achievement of the ICOs depend on a number of factors that influence its status. The main Objectif of this report is to analyze the relevant variables of any ICO, and which of those variables is the more important. To do so, we have collected three type of data: General information about ICOs, Financial data and information concerning the transactions. Those gathered materials were classified to 8 variables, forming finally a data base of 400 ICOs and 8 variables. To study the correlation between the status of the ICOs and each variable, a multivariable linear regression was performed using the R software, which has allowed us, later on to execute a two tailed test, in order to retrieve the influencing factors. As a result, the analysis has showed us that over the eight studied variables, only four that explain the best the success or the failure of an ICO. The first variables are the percentage of governance and the distributed number of tokens that should be notable, the other interesting factors are the platform used to manage the coin offering and the business idea of the project.Note de contenu : PGE: Bibliogr. CHAINE LOGISTIQUE ; CHINE ; CONCURRENCE ; CONSOMMATEURRésumé : With the development of Chinese economy and market, the competition in supply chain becomes more and more intense, especially between Chinese native logistic service providers (LSP) and the foreign counterparts in China. This article attempts to identify the main challenges of both Chinese native LSP and foreign LSP in meeting customer expectation in Chinese market; to reveal the advantages and disadvantages they have and offer suggestions for them in an increasingly competitive environment. We conduct surveys from the employees in a Chinese native LSP company and a foreign LSP company in China, then we achieve comparative analyses by a qualitative method to ascertain the differences between them. The result reveals that, instead of having depended heavily on transportation and warehousing businesses, the Chinese LSP is focusing more and more on dealing with the challenge of colleting effective information about customers’ needs, while the foreign LSP meet the limits form government policy. What’s more, both the two kinds companies are focusing on the customer relationship maintenance and innovation and high-tech application in performance, rather than the traditional price strategy, service kinds and infrastructure development.
