ONG ; WEBMARKETING ; MARKETING SOCIAL ; RESEAU SOCIALRésumé : The goal of this study is to categorize and investigate what type of content is the most attractive to customers on the social media Instagram. The research design is a documentary study (qualitative approach) of contents based on the observation of secondary data over a period of six months, from October 2018 to March 2019. To measure attractiveness, we use a customer engagement rate formula based on three metrics: number of likes, comments and followers. The coding-scheme is applied to 3 different French animal welfare NGOs. Image data are grouped into 5 categories : Giving Notice, Humanizing, Interacting, Placemaking and Crowdsourcing. Results indicate that image types Placemaking, Giving Notice and Interacting are the most effective at maximizing customer engagement and that Internet users are more likely to like a content than to comment it. Our results also indicate that an attractive content on Instagram can’t be predicted by the number of types of images posted: While Humanizing and Placemaking images are the most frequently posted in our data set, Giving Notice and Interacting, the least common posted by NGOs are more likely to generate interactions, especially comments which allows us to say that it is also better to focus on the quality and the relevance of publications rather than on quantity.

PLACEMENT DE PRODUIT ; RESEAU SOCIAL ; WEBMARKETING ; JOUET ET JEU SECTEURRésumé : Gaming community is omnipresent on YouTube. The stakes and opportunities for brands to communicate on Google's social media are high. In fact, product placement on YouTube is becoming more and more popular.
This Seminar Paper focuses on the impact of gaming YouTubers’ product placements on their audience. Changes in attitude and purchase intent for the brand/product placed are measured. Overall, the results show positive signs on its effectiveness on these two variables.
Beyond that, the survey shows moderating variables that modulate the effectiveness of these influence campaigns. The results show that the style and the choice of the YouTuber are essential. The gamer is more receptive to gaming product placement than one not very congruent with the YouTuber. Moreover, it has been shown that this kind of commercial operation combined with an entertaining content has a much greater impact than a more intrusive placement. However, there is nothing in this study to suggest that the size of a YouTuber's community plays a role in the impact of the commercial operation on its audience.Note de contenu : Bibliographie p. 27-29 Programme : PGE-Reims Spécialisation : Marketing Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=494622

RESEAU SOCIAL ; COMPORTEMENT DU CONSOMMATEUR ; COMMERCE DE DETAIL ; CANAL DE DISTRIBUTIONRésumé : Social media marketing strategy is used by almost all companies and is a new way of communication which is faster and often cheaper than traditional tools. This study aims to explore how social media can be used by multi-channel retailers in order to have good results on purchase intention.
A quantitative study was conducted to find a relation between attitude towards social networks and willingness to purchase and answer the question of the impact of social media on customers’ purchase intention. Interviewees had to respond several questions about their use of social media, their feelings about it and their attitude towards companies’ profile on social media, if it can encourage them to buy products or not.
The analysis showed that there is a significant correlation between the use of social media and the willingness to purchase. It reveals that consumers’ interest for a retailer depends on the interaction they have with the company. However, some moderators and mediators should be analyzed more deeply in order to have more precise responses and find the optimal strategy. Some adjustments should be made.Note de contenu : Bibliographie p. 22-23 Programme : PGE-Reims Spécialisation : Marketing Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=494618 To what extent does product co-creation positively influence the OBBE (observer-based brand equity) of food companies on Facebook? / Claudia FERREIRA / 2019

RESEAU SOCIAL ; WEBMARKETING ; MARKETING PARTICIPATIF ; AGROALIMENTAIRE SECTEURRésumé : This paper contributes to the few existing researches about the relationship between co-creation and observer-based brand equity (OBBE). More specifically it shows the effect product co-creation in the food business can have on the brand equity of observers. It focuses only on Facebook as it is a trendy method to engage customers and it is the main media used by food companies. Thus, our research question is: To what extent does product co-creation positively influence the OBBE of food companies on Facebook? We have tested several hypotheses in a quantitative methodology to verify: if the relationship product co-creation and OBBE is positive and if it can be mediated by the participant’s integration in the process or the brand familiarity. We have found that there is indeed a positive relationship between product co-creation and OBBE. However, even if the means tend to confirm the hypotheses, there was no significant difference to validate that the familiarity or the strength of integration of participants can mediate this effect.
