Ce mémoire fait l’objet d’une étude comparée : mener une carrière artistique musicale de variété en France du XXème siècle à aujourd’hui, en tenant compte, entre autres, de l’évolution des outils technologiques. En d’autres termes, je souhaiterais observer et comparer l’évolution d’artistes comme Édith Piaf jusqu’à notre époque (la nouvelle génération) et voir le pas de géant et la manière totalement
différente de commencer et de gérer une carrière musicale. DIGITALRésumé : Apparu au début des années 2000, tout d’abord aux États-Unis, le neuromarketing est une discipline issue des neurosciences qui permet d’identifier le processus décisionnel des consommateurs et de mieux les comprendre. Cette discipline, encore très jeune, promet des résultats significatifs pour les entreprises, notamment en magasin. D’un autre côté, l’essor des stratégies d’expérience client semblent aussi être liées à la digitalisation massive des secteurs d’activité.
En effet, comment le neuromarketing associé au digital impacte-t-il l'expérience client en magasin ?
Cette problématique fait donc l’objet d’une étude exploratoire qui démontre alors les dimensions de cet impact au travers de trois grands points. On observe en premier que les techniques sont globalement connues des consommateurs, et l’utilisation des émotions et leur impact en magasin est comprise. Ensuite, les facteurs d’atmosphère optimisent l’expérience des consommateurs en magasin lorsqu’ils sont bien orchestrés et les poussent à l’achat. Néanmoins, le digital doit encore faire ses preuves chez la plupart des consommateurs, qui ne voient son utilité que comme très secondaire. Les terrestres explorent le sol où ils vont désormais habiter et retrouvent le goût de la liberté et de l'émancipation mais autrement situées. Tel est l'objet de cet essai sous forme de courts chapitres dont chacun explore une figure possible de cette métaphysique du déconfinement.
