MARKETING STRATEGIQUE ; MEDIA ; PSYCHOLOGIE ; SITE INTERNET ; CHEF D'ENTREPRISERésumé : Narcissism corresponds approximatively to what an influencer needs to do to be successful. The concept of narcissism is always followed by ideas such as charisma and self-promotion. It looks like being narcissistic helps influencers attract followers and stay on the top of the charts. Since influencers must always create new contact and share their personal lives with their followers, narcissism can be an advantage to them. The question that we ask ourselves in this research is to know if narcissism affects influencers’ success. Are influencers narcissists to perform that well in exhibiting their lives to their followers? We will ask ourselves this question in the following research. INDUSTRIE CULTURELLE SECTEUR ; INNOVATION TECHNOLOGIQUE ; SOCIETE DE CONSOMMATIONRésumé : Whereas consumers are spending more time than ever on games, the gaming industry is verging on the most significant change of its history and have to adapt to a set of transformational digital trends. The impact of digitalization in gaming industry is usually misunderstood, or even undermined. Indeed, for many people, video games can be considered the quintessential digital entertainment medium. And so, a common mistake is to think that the digitalization of our society is a natural continuity for gaming industry. I think it’s partly ignoring the core gaming industry and the very specific, intense and paradoxical relationship between software (games) and hardware (consoles) in this sector. Insofar as the proper of digitalization is to dematerialize hardware supports, digitalization appears to be a disruptive innovation within the gaming industry. Therefore, what is the impact of digitalization for a dedicated game system firm? This paper addresses this issue through a longitudinal case study of the Asian game market, focusing on a very traditional dedicated game compagnie : Nintendo. Is Nintendo ready for digital games and to take the opportunity of Southeast Asia market ? The purpose of this article is to provoke thought on the videogame issue – as a vector of cultural practices and images – for the soft power of a country (in this case Japan), and its place in the current digital race concerning 5G and cloud. CHANGEMENT SOCIAL ; CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL ; ECONOMIE SOCIALE ET SOLIDAIRE ; FRANCERésumé : As most academic researchers studied the gig economy by being either super optimistic or super skeptical, the study aims at having a more realistic approach by focusing on experiences and beliefs from the practical field. I choose to focus on the French people experiences and beliefs regarding the gig economy, as France have a strong history on employee social rights. Considering the French historic commitment on labor rights, how do French people receive the rising of gig working, a work with less rights? Do they fear or expect the rise of the gig economy? Do they believe gig working will overcome the traditional work or not?
To answer these questions, a mixed methodology was used: 5 gig workers were interviewed, and 30 French workers answered a questionnaire. As a matter of fact, results show that French workers have a greyer vision than researchers. They have a positive mindset regarding gig working but prefer to be employees. They acknowledge gig working strong advantages but think current disadvantages are too high compared to traditional work. Finally, they are divided on the gig economy’s future and potential to erase the traditional economy.
