COMPORTEMENT ; CONTREFACON ; MARQUE ; RELATIONRésumé : According to the National Institute of Industrial Property (a French public and administrative establishment) in charge of working for the economic development of companies on the territory by organizing and managing the registration and deposit of industrial property titles (trademarks, patents, models, drawings);Counterfeiting is defined as the imitation, copying or use of an intellectual property right, in whole or in part, without the prior authorization of its owner. This phenomenon is a major economic and social issue as it spares no sector; food, cosmetics,ready-to-wear, automotive and even medical. It is also on the rise; according to the French authorities, the number of customs seizures is constantly increasing. The extent of the phenomenon demonstrates a certain demand on the part of consumers, whether or not it is expressed with full knowledge of the facts. For several years now, several researchers have been studying this demand to understand it, to theorize about it and to highlight the various consumer behaviors in relation to counterfeit products.I decided to focus on luxury brands because they are the main targets of counterfeiting, due to their popularity. Based on a quantitative study carried out on 30 people and on an analysis of the existing literature on this subject, we will try to better understand consumer behavior, their motivations and thought processes that lead them to buy counterfeit products. We will also explore the relationship between consumers and the legitimate and counterfeit brands, and the possible effects of counterfeits on the consumer's relationship with the legitimate brand. INTEGRATIONRésumé : Inclusive recruitment is a growing topic across society. With a new generation more sensitive to CSR policy, companies must pay attention to their company brand. Indeed, to attract and retain talent, companies need to be aware of how they recruit people. Moreover, by the new movement called “Named and Shamed’, which consists to expose a company that discriminates, the risk for the company to destroy their employer brand is big. But how inclusive recruitment is becoming kind of a new trend? Companies are-they inclusive? My subject will answer these questions through one problem: Is it the inclusion the new recruitment standard? The goal of this question is to understand the way recruiters approach inclusion and diversity through their recruitment process. To answer this question, I conducted 5 semi-structured interviews and collect data from several studies conducted during mostly the last decade.

DECISION ; INFORMATION FINANCIERERésumé : The desire from institutional and individual investors to better address sustainability issues in their investment decisions has fueled the growth of sustainable finance over the last decade. Growing investor need to better use non-financial information to influence asset allocation decisions to boost long-term value while better aligning portfolios with societal ideals has fueled the usage of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investment methodologies. Concerns about the impact of climate change (GIEC report, 09/08/2021) and the repercussions of a pandemic have heightened awareness of environmental and social dangers in this respect.
ESG criteria provide valuable insight into how organizations are managed and operated in order to encourage long-term investment. Thus, through this study, I will attempt to determine the importance of ESG factors by industry and how ESG scores provided by VigeoEiris can identify the impact of ESG investments on ROA and Tobin's Q. To do so, I will use a panel data regression model to which I will apply a correlation test. The data set used for this study is extracted from the databases of the ESG data provider VigeoEiris, as well as from large volumes of financial data extracted from Yahoo finance and Bloomberg. The overall result will provide a perspective on how CSR activities could influence company value.
Using research papers, we will try to understand in the first part of the thesis, the reasons for the development of CSR, the evolution of regulations, the construction of ESG indices and their impacts on the financial performance of companies, especially in times of crisis.Programme : MSc Finance & Big Data Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=538850 Is participative leadership a driver of motivation, performance and well-being at work?
