They are modernizing in order to attract a clientele that cares about their well-being because feeling good comes first through their plate! Two hypotheses emerged during the Literature Review and help to build two questionnaires. Through analysis, the first hypothesis “Buyer’s don’t care about the evolution of their local producers “is not receivable whereas the second “local producers are using digital tools to increase their visibility and gain popularity “is. Consumers attach little attention to the presence of local producers on social networks, but they are convinced that using digital tools is helpful to increase producer’s visibility. The producer questionnaire results show that those who don’t make link between work and digital technologies know that it is an efficient means to increase their visibility. Paradoxal isn’t it? Producers are not fully conscious that they already use digital in their professional life. Local producers adapt themselves to digital age through their focus on customer needs and by using networks. Even if time is the main obstacle, they are aware that digital technologies are useful tools to make their business grown. Currently, India is dominated by conventional motorcycles which contribute to the air pollution in the country on a large scale. The Country of India has been working on a number of policies to bring down the air pollution caused due to the automobiles. There are only few manufacturers in the field of electric motorcycles, but people have started to realize in becoming more concerned towards the environment and with the pollutions emitted by the conventional motorcycles. The ongoing crisis in the country due to COVID19 had drastically brought down the carbon emission emitted from the automobiles which was due to the full lockdown that had taken place across the country for a period of 3 months . There would be a great demand for electric mobility in the future since it could contribute to a drastic change in the mode of transport in the Country since the automotive industry is dominated by motorcycles in India. We believe at AmpTron to break the barrier dominated by the conventional vehicles and provide our customers with products of the highest standards with greater concern to the environment. CANAL DE DISTRIBUTION ; MARKETING INTERNATIONAL ; FRANCE ; MATERIEL ELECTRONIQUE SECTEURRésumé : L'objectif de ce mémoire est d'étudier comment Xiaomi France a réalisé l'adaptation internationale de son système de canaux de commercialisation. Cette problématique est analysée par la méthodologie de l’ étude de cas.
Le mémoire est composé par deux parties. La première partie résume les différentes définitions et théories qui sont importantes et utiles pour l’analyse du problème principal. Les théories à utiliser contiennent la structure du canal marketing, le modèle d’influence du canal marketing et la théorie de la motivation du canal. Par la suite, le cas est établie, sur la base des sources de texte du formulaire d’information telles que le rapport annuel de Xiaomi, l’entretien avec une directive de vente de Xiaomi France et l’interview du responsable national de Xiaomi France. Ces 3 sources d'informations combinaient une méthode de triangulation pour construire un cas d'étude.
Pour mieux comprendre le problème, 3 hypothèses seront analysées dans la deuxième partie du passage. La première hypothèse nécessite la comparaison du système de distribution de Xiaomi sur deux marchés différents. La deuxième hypothèse propose que la modification du canal marketing sur le marché français soit conforme au modèle des facteurs d'influence. La troisième hypothèse supposait que Xiaomi pratiquait la théorie de la motivation des canaux sur le marché français.
À la fin des travaux, nous conclurons que Xiaomi a modifié et optimisé son système de distribution.
