ALIMENTATION ; INDUSTRIE ; INTELLIGENCE ARTIFICIELLE ; TECHNOLOGIERésumé : Food industry professionals, like producers, brands and supermarkets, are therefore faced with controversial issues which nevertheless seem to be complementary. On the one hand, there are increasingly demanding consumers who need to be satisfied in terms of nutritional quality, dietary ,diversity and, above all, transparency of production processes throughout the food chain, including their environmental and social impact. On the other hand, there are health, environmental and demographic challenges to be met at the food level, it means how to provide quality food products while preserving the environment and the resources needed to feed a rapidly growing population. In this study, we will therefore analyse: (RQ1) Can new data technologies be a solution to current food issues (environmental, demographic and health)? (RQ2) How can these technologies help companies'
strategies to satisfy customers in the current context? The results of this work answered these questions and showed that data analytics do have a positive impact on the different stages of the food supply chain (planting, breeding, transport, sale and consumption).Programme : MSc Business Analytics Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=563768 The SaaS industry and its evolvement in the new era of technology development / Réka Orsolya JAKOTS / 2022

COMMERCE ELECTRONIQUE ; MARKETING EXPERIENTIEL ; TECHNOLOGIERésumé : Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to investigate ways to increase revenue by enhancing the customer experience, and to understand the reasons why customers choose or
choose not to choose to go to an offline retail store. Design/methodology/approach - A questionnaire was designed to explore the potential needs of customers from three perspectives: the advantages of offline brick-and-mortar retail stores in the minds of consumers, the most difficult factors for brick-and-mortar retail stores in the minds of consumers, and the potential needs of consumers for brick-and-mortar retail stores. Findings - Determining the status of brick-and-mortar retail stores in the minds of
customers, the study concluded the following:
1. people still choose to buy goods in brick-and?mortar stores compared to online shopping mainly because of the practicality, reliability and the good experience they can feel when shopping offline.
2. the most important reason why brick-and-mortar stores lose customers is that customers feel disrespected in the store, resulting in a bad experience.
3. the most important thing that can enhance the customer's experience in a physical retail store is that after the store is optimized, the customer can have more exclusive service feeling.Implications of the study -
This paper combines two important situations and influencing factors today on top of the theme of customer experience perception: the impact caused by Covid-19 and the rapid development of e-commerce technology in China, and how the impact of these two factors on brick-and-mortar retail stores should help businesses operate better through experience perception enhancement. Limitations of the study - The limitations of this questionnaire are that the sample size is too small and the sample in some regions may not be representative.Programme : Global BBA Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=562061 what will be the role of data and business analytics in powering autonomous vehicles and what are the limits? / Jeremie COLNET / 2022

DATAVANCE INFORMATIQUERésumé : Today, artificial intelligence wants to do everything for us, it cooks small dishes, it invests our money, chooses the music we listen to and even pilots planes, but the consecration is that it would be able to drive our cars. It is now possible, we can see in some part of the globe, more particularly in the United States, autonomous taxis crisscrossing the roads(Waymo). The arrival of these autonomous vehicles in the way of life of individuals generates a big change. autonomous cars are classified into 5 different levels with their own particularities, they are also important to know for insurance (Florian Petit, 2021). Some are wary while others are delighted with such technological prowess. We will also analyze the different connected devices that are embedded in an autonomous car to work well (Pierre Thouverez, 2021). During an accident that involves a vehicle without a driver, we can see the mergence of legal vagueness (Victor Goury-Laffont, 2021). We will study the methods of storage and data processing within autonomous vehicles (Bastien L., 2020). Finally, we are going to deal with more modern subjects such as the new threats to self-driving cars (Clotilde Gaillard, 2022), the impact that Covid has had on people's behavior towards self-driving cars (Philippe Cahen, 2020), and the impact this time of cars autonomous on the environment (Florian Petit, 2021) Programme : MSc Business Analytics Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=563766 Why we observe misvaluation of certain firms such as Tesla and Twitter and how could these potential overvaluation be explained ? / Romain BERNARD / 2022
