AUTOMATISATION ; CLIENT ; GRANDE DISTRIBUTION SECTEUR ; LIBRE SERVICE ; SUPERMARCHERésumé : The primary focus of this research is on customer satisfaction with automated grab-and-go supermarkets. To begin with, customer happiness is the most important component in determining whether you will succeed or fail in a competition. It is a well-known reality that in our ever-changing environment, customer preferences vary all the time. As a result, it's critical to anticipate changing components in order to satisfy end users. Customer trust, loyalty, and retention are by-products of these measurements. In the research from Sharma & al. (2014), Customer acceptance of technology is a key driver determining the rate of change. In the automated checkout environment, it's vital to keep track of how effectively people embrace new technology. Our research questions are as follows: How satisfied are end-users with completely automated checkout systems in retail environments? How does perceived satisfaction affect the propensity to utilize completely automated checkout systems in retail? To answer these we discovered six important key terms that have an impact on perceived satisfaction and the inclination to employ completely automated checkout systems in our research. These six parameters have guided our interview and survey study questions: 1.Perceived Speed,2.Perceived Enjoyment,3.Perceived Ease of use,4.Perceived Control,5.Perceived Reliability,6. Perceived Security. INTELLIGENCE ARTIFICIELLE ; RISQUE FINANCIER ; AUTOMATISATIONRésumé : The study aims to show that Artificial Intelligence can improve market risk measurement. The example of market risk chosen is stock investment risk. To realize so, two forecasting
measurements methods are considered: one with the use of Artificial Intelligence (more specifically machine learning) called machine learning analysis and one without the use of
Artificial Intelligence called technical analysis. These forecasting models are compared to find out what models is the most accurate when forecasting future stock prices. To compare the accuracy performance of both models, two metrics are considered: the root mean squared error and the mean absolute percentage error. This comparison is done for the ten biggest US-based companies of the tech and internet industry, using historical stock closing prices. A five-year stock prices sample is considered from 2016 to 2021. Both forecasting models were built with algorithms on Python that produce the forecasts and output the accuracy performance metrics. The results show that machine learning analysis is more accurate and therefore Artificial Intelligence provides more accurate forecasts which ensure a potential improvement of risk measurement.Programme : MSc Corporate Finance Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=568523 L’Intelligence Artificielle remplacera-t ’elle un jour les publicitaires ? / Valentin VOURIOT / 2021

AUTOMATISATION ; INDUSTRIE ; TECHNOLOGIE ; TRANSITION ENERGETIQUERésumé : Before the advent of the 19th century, most of the industries and companies were technologically primitive and less effective in handling their manufacturing and organizational processes for operating the business. Since the Industrial Revolution (1760-1840), numerous developments occurred in the technical environment which brought about a total transformation in the management which industrial market. This change came in the form of advancement of modern equipment to turn hand-made jobs into more reliable equipment to better refine the operation, save time and save still more money. In AUTHOMATION machines, such as robotics and other types of machines, this approach may be seen. In the information technology industry, ERP programs such as ORACLE and AXELOR may be developed to handle day-to-day activities. This was a big push for many enterprises who manually inserted information into their databases sometimes and this was not always reliable and during the process there were many mistakes involved. During this work, our key goal during this work is to explain how this technological transition allows a business to improve the sales of a company or, in other words, how can an emergence of technology increase the financial success of the company? As we get deeply into our job, we will consider this information.
