COSMETIQUE ET PARFUMERIE SECTEUR ; CHAINE LOGISTIQUE ; MATIERE PREMIERERésumé : "Today we have the feeling that only the appearance of things counts, and not the things themselves. What we are celebrating is the victory of cosmetics."This quotation from Robert Redford allows us to understand the challenges of the cosmetics sector, a sector that is so present in today's society. It will be the main theme of the following study. The cosmetics industry is constantly evolving in a positive way. However, it faces many challenges in terms of logistics, quality, innovation and the environment. The global cosmetics market is nevertheless growing steadily, with an increase of 6% by 2022. It is an essential sector that is present in the daily lives of most people. It reveals different needs to be noted, the traditional with basic hygiene products, and the superfluous with products such as make-up or perfume. To further our research on this sector, we will study an essential function of a company that has an important role to play in the development of these products. In addition, it is the interface between the company and the supplier. We will use the Purchasing function to understand the other side of the coin in this sector. It is important to bear in mind that this sector presents a certain complexity, particularly in the management of the supply chain. Indeed, it faces many challenges in terms of logistics, quality, innovation and the environment. As a Master 2 student specializing in Supply Chain, I had to take an interest in this part, which is often invisible to the consumer. Behind a finished product there is a huge amount of
upstream work. I am referring to the supply of materials and components. In this context, we will explore the role of a company's purchasing function in managing a crisis in the supply of materials such as raw materials and packaging items, i.e., the components of finished products. Through a literature review followed by an empirical study, we seek to understand to what extent purchasing can contribute to preventing supply crisis risks and ensuring production continuity. To what extent does purchasing have a role to play in a supply crisis of materials (packaging items, raw materials) in the cosmetics sector?Programme : PGE-Reims Spécialisation : Supply chain Management and purchasing Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=581917 Are real restate certifications and labels restrictive enough to support transition towards sustainable real estate? / Juliette BAUDET / 2022

CERTIFICATION ; ENVIRONNEMENT
Entreprise
IMMOBILIERRésumé : 1sqm of new building constructed results in 1.5 tonnes of CO2 emitted over 50 years, 60% of which due to construction and 40% due to operation, according to HQE, a real estate certification body.As the share of urban population is expected to reach 68.4% worldwide by 2050 due to migrations and natural growth, and the continuous expansion of cities will come with the need for more infrastructures to provide new dwellers with accommodation, amenities, and places to work, the question of building sustainability is now crucial. In the context of resources scarcity, the quest for certified buildings has been underway for several years and is of interest to a wide audience, including investors, management funds, landlords, tenants and users. Certification as a whole therefore seems to be at the heart of the strategies of the various stakeholders for some years now, in order to
accompany transition towards sustainable real estate. However, is the latter constraining enough to attain this goal, or is it still lacking in ambition?Programme : PGE-Reims Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=570892 Running lean / Ash MAURYA / O'REILLY (2022)

AUTOMATISATION ; CLIENT ; GRANDE DISTRIBUTION SECTEUR ; LIBRE SERVICE ; SUPERMARCHERésumé : The primary focus of this research is on customer satisfaction with automated grab-and-go supermarkets. To begin with, customer happiness is the most important component in determining whether you will succeed or fail in a competition. It is a well-known reality that in our ever-changing environment, customer preferences vary all the time. As a result, it's critical to anticipate changing components in order to satisfy end users. Customer trust, loyalty, and retention are by-products of these measurements. In the research from Sharma & al. (2014), Customer acceptance of technology is a key driver determining the rate of change. In the automated checkout environment, it's vital to keep track of how effectively people embrace new technology. Our research questions are as follows: How satisfied are end-users with completely automated checkout systems in retail environments? How does perceived satisfaction affect the propensity to utilize completely automated checkout systems in retail? To answer these we discovered six important key terms that have an impact on perceived satisfaction and the inclination to employ completely automated checkout systems in our research. These six parameters have guided our interview and survey study questions: 1.Perceived Speed,2.Perceived Enjoyment,3.Perceived Ease of use,4.Perceived Control,5.Perceived Reliability,6. Perceived Security.
