LIVRAISON ; DISTRIBUTION ; INTERNET DES OBJETSRésumé : How can be reduced delivery times for e-commerce companies in major French cities? To answer this question, a case study of the three main French e-commerce players will help to understand the delivery strategies adopted by Amazon, C-discount and Fnac to achieve ever shorter delivery times. Three main axes common to these companies stand out: reducing the distance between storage warehouses and customers, transport solutions adapted to city centres and a delivery service adapted to demand in urban areas. But as new delivery techniques are constantly emerging, additional possibilities can be explored to further reduce delivery times in a sustainable way, such as increased use of rail transport, delivery to city centres by tramway or taking advantage of new urban planning to develop innovative storage areas. This is the challenge facing the e-commerce giants if they are to survive in an increasingly competitive market.
Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=535269 Exemplaires (2)

TIC ; EVALUATION D'UNE ENTREPRISERésumé : The objective of this thesis is to understand the impacts of Shadow IT in the IT Budget of a company, and to see if the costs it generates can be avoided, or even if it is possible to capitalize on Shadow IT thanks to Citizen IT.
To do this, we will first define thanks to the literature review what shadow IT is, and how it impacts the IT Budget of a company through the literature review. then, we will see how it is possible to fight against the Shadow IT, and we will approach the topic of the Citizen IT as answer to the Shadow IT. In a second step, we will analyze through a quantitative method the costs that Shadow IT entails, as well as the costs for a company to fight it, through a questionnaire conducted directly with companies. The questionnaire will allow us to evaluate the return on investment of companies according to their strategy to combat shadow IT.
The results are the following: it is better to bet on Citizen IT than to fight traditionally against Shadow IT, because the money invested to fight Shadow IT is not correlated in terms of results, and because the cost per covered Shadow IT instance is lower with Citizen IT.Programme : PGE-Rouen Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=538447

TIC ; SUPPORT DE L'INFORMATION ; CONSOMMATIONRésumé : This paper deals with the native podcasts wave that has been unfurling upon the French media world for a few years now. It highlights the evolution on both consumers and creators’ sides that has led to the tremendous success of podcasting. As the symbol of the audio and voice against the screens, the native podcast boom demonstrates important social changes regarding today’s media consumption. While the native podcast was at first an adaptation of the offer, it was progressively legitimized as a novel and full-fledged type of media characterized by a new format and content specificities. Finally, this work questions the budding ecosystem which will shape the future of native podcast.
To do so, this paper was built on a collection of several secondary data from different theories, articles, and studies, and also on the basis of three qualitative interviews of experts1 in the podcasts sector. As a mirror of today’s society, podcasting meets new consumers’ expectations on many aspects like demands regarding the acceleration of time, concerns regarding singular topics, and the like. Podcast listeners are involved in the media environment and they foster the freedom of speech.
Ultimately, it is important to note that this paper does not pretend to be an exhaustive analysis of the media offer regarding today’s society trends but a first interpretation of the native podcast success through its match with important social evolutions.Programme : PGE-Rouen Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=538111 PermalinkPermalinkWhat are the semiotics mechanisms used by champagne brands to incite consumer desire on instagram? / Julie CERVANTES / 2021
