ASIE ; FUSION ACQUISITION ; JEU VIDEO SECTEURRésumé : This dissertation is a study of the effects Mergers & Acquisitions activities of video game companies have on the final customer. The main purpose here is to see if the current
strategies that video game companies use are viable on the long-term. The background of this paper is the recent wave of Mergers and Acquisitions deals in the industry with larger and larger sums of money put on the table to acquire companies. Especially the recent announcement of Microsoft buying Activision Blizzard for an incredible $68 billion. With the use of an online survey, the opinion of 118 respondents was analyzed to get a better understanding of the general opinion towards those activities. The result of this study is a general negative opinion towards those activities. A deeper study with a better representation of the major market (Asia) could be useful to get even more useful information and conclusions. CHAINE LOGISTIQUE ; AUTOMOBILE SECTEUR ; ACHAT ; VIET NAMRésumé : The automotive industry is one of the significant fields that contribute excessively to the development of many countries in the world. Along with the general growth of the market, the global supply chain network of the automotive industry is more and more expanded. Thus, Vietnam – a country with a developing industry cannot be out of this network. In Vietnam, the automotive industry is assessed by the State as one of the core industries contributing to mutual development. However, in addition to objective opportunities from the business environment and the support from the State, the industry is also facing many risks. Thus, agility becomes a trend across industries, especially the automotive industry due to its wide diversity and coverage. In this study, the importance of agility in the procurement of the automotive industry will be discussed. The study opens by analyzing the highlight of current procurement practices in the Vietnamese automotive industry. Then, a survey on applying 12 agile principles is implemented with companies operating in this field. Through the survey, an overview about actual situation of applying agile procurement as well as its impact on the efficiency in terms of collaboration, transparency, speed and production cost will be described in detail. The importance of agile procurement in the automotive industry in Vietnam will be evaluated through the regression analysis. Finally, based on the results of the data and the evaluation, the study points out the barriers and offers some concise recommendations for companies to improve agile procurement. CULTURE ORGANISATIONNELLE ; VIET NAM ; RESPONSABILITE SOCIALE DE L'ENTREPRISERésumé : This study assesses the effect of CSR on organizational commitment and explores the mediating role of meaningful work in this relationship. The survey was conducted with people who are working in Vietnam. Data from 178 respondents were collected and used for regression analysis. Research results indicate that CSR has a positive effect on organizational commitment, the meaningful work-inspiration dimension is also found to mediate the positive relationship between CSR and organization commitment.
