CLIENT ; COSMETIQUE ET PARFUMERIE SECTEUR ; DEVELOPPEMENT DURABLERésumé : The awareness of the populations and the politicians regarding the climate issues and especially regarding the accumulation of single-use waste affects all markets and especially the cosmetics market. The aim of this dissertation is to understand why and how professionals in the
cosmetics sector must adapt their way of thinking about their packaging in order to be more responsible while continuing to attract consumers. The objective is to find a balance between, on the one hand, understanding how to create the most sustainable packaging possible while respecting the constraints imposed by the sector and, on the other hand, analyzing consumers' buying behavior and understanding what makes a package attractive. This work will help companies in the industry
establish a long-term strategy for their packaging and marketing objectives immediately, as well as assist Marketing Managers and Product and Packaging Development Managers in creating the design of their future packaging.

Programme : Cesem Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=581656 Does the presence of natural colorants in food products positively influence purchase intentions? / Elise WUCHER / 2023

COMPORTEMENT DU CONSOMMATEUR ; DEVELOPPEMENT DURABLE ; PLAT CUISINE SECTEURRésumé : This report tackles the subject of food colorings and the impact they have on the purchasing intentions of French consumers. This research is of particular interest as there are few articles and studies on this
specific subject, although a great deal of research has been carried out on the subject of food coloring more generally. Many studies have already analyzed the impact of color on purchasing decisions, but they are more focused on sensory marketing and the senses than on food coloring. Furthermore, this report focuses exclusively on French consumers.
To carry out this research, an online survey was carried out to collect various data to answer the hypotheses. As part of the questionnaire, participants were randomly shown two lists of ingredients of two violet syrups. One contained only artificial colorants, the other only synthetic colorants. After reading the list of ingredients, participants were asked questions about their willingness to buy the product, and about the authenticity and healthiness of the syrups. More general questions concerning knowledge of colorants and demographic questions were also asked.Programme : MSc Wine & Gastronomy Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=581719 Getting to Net Zero: The Complete Guide to Decarbonizing Businesses and Supply Chains / David Steven JACOBY / INDEPENDENTLY PUBLISHED (2023)PermalinkHow has the emergence of conscious consumers influenced the creation of ethical and sustainable initiatives in the fashion industry? / Caoimhe GILMARTIN / 2023PermalinkIs insect protein a sustainable solution for the meat market ? / Arthur BRONSARD / 2023PermalinkIs Virtual Reality the New Sustainable Reality of Performing Arts ?
