CHAINE DE PRODUCTION ; CHAINE LOGISTIQUE ; INNOVATION TECHNOLOGIQUERésumé : Disruptive technologies have the power to upend supply chains, adding uncertainty, cost, and complexity to any business. These technologies can also create competitive advantage, but only if organizations strategically build them into their supply chains. Supply Chain Disruption, with a foreword by John Gattorna, provides the vital knowledge that supply chain managers need in order to implement disruptive technologies strategically. This essential book avoids a one-size-fits-all approach and encourages the reader to consider customer needs first before aligning appropriate technologies with each supply chain application. GESTION DE LA PRODUCTION ; MARQUE ; STRATEGIEIndex. décimale : 121.92 MARQUE Résumé : Presenting the basics of brand management, the book provides both a theoretical and practical guide to brands, placing emphasis on the theory that the consumer is a co-creator in a brand's identity.
In a world in which social media and inclusive digital platforms have increased customer engagement, the role of brands and branding has changed. The line between the producer and the consumer has become blurred; consumers are no longer the recipients of brand identity, but the co-creators, playing a significant role in shaping new products and systemsPermalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=489284 Exemplaires (2)

CHAINE LOGISTIQUE ; CONCEPTION INDUSTRIELLE ; COUT COMPLET ; GESTION DE LA PRODUCTION ; PROCESSUSRésumé : Localizing the source of fault in a procedure when your control chart indicates an out of control process in Total Quality Management, has been a challenge ever since its conception. In this paper, I focus on a process in which there is a probability associated with every element of failure in the process once it is declared out of control. This process also considers a known probability of success and operational time to individually implement each of the actions needed to rectify the process given the source of failure. The objective is to minimize the cost of the number of repair actions needed to put the process back in control with a certain percentage of confidence level. Once the probability of failures of every element in the process as well as the cost, time and probability of success for every repair action is identified, linear programming using binary integer variables will be used to compute the number of cheapest actions needed to put the process back in control subject to a certain percentage of confidence level. The solution is comprised of a set of work instructions, optimizing tools and a score calculator for final decision making. This will help an organization find an operationally sound and most effective way in terms of cost, quality and time, to implement repair actions and put the process back in control.
