ALIMENTATION ; ECOLOGIE ; FRANCERésumé : I chose the subject of responsible food for my dissertation, because it is a subject that is close to my heart, wanting to act to propose a healthier diet for the body and the planet, this dissertation allows me to do a lot of research on this subject but also to know the perception of young French people to make things change afterwards. I am going to do my internship at Funky Veggie, a start-up in the food industry that offers responsible food, good for the body but also for the planet "with nothing weird inside".In this dissertation, we will focus on responsible eating, which is an area in which everyone can contribute and which continues to grow more and more. However, this area remains uncharted for some French people, and eating habits can be difficult to change. We will then try to understand the perception of the French on this responsible food, which came a few years ago. AGROALIMENTAIRE SECTEUR ; ECOLOGIE ; STRATEGIERésumé : I did an internship at Carrefour as a manager of Carrefour Food Magazine, a magazine focused on the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approaches of the group. I was very interested in the different actions undertaken by food retailers to respond to environmental issues. That is why this study proposes an analysis of the environmental impact of food distributors in France on food waste and the different measures that have been put in place to address this issue. Indeed, as food distributors face many environmental, societal and economic challenges, they had to implement a sustainable marketing strategy as well as concrete actions to respond to these challenges by relying on an external legislative framework and an internal strategic framework. The objective of this essay is to demonstrate how and why the major actors of the French food retail industry manage to evolve towards more sustainability and to limit food waste. This study also demonstrates the positive impacts of the implementation of these actions on the company, the society, the environment and the consumers. ACHAT ; COMPORTEMENT ; ECOLOGIERésumé : Nowadays the sustainable approach in the fashion industry is vital and has become highly relevant in recent years due to the fact that it is well known that this industry is one of the most polluting on the planet.
Companies within the fashion industry seek to reduce the environmental impact and at the same time are generating awareness among consumers, this is why they have implemented strategies with a sustainable approach in their business model, but is it enough? One significant issue is how they communicate these strategies to their customers and more importantly the response they have obtained.
The present research is addressed from the point of view of the people who work within the fashion industry, through a qualitative analysis it will provide us visibility of the strategies implemented by the H&M and Zara brands as well as the customer behavior regarding this approach.Programme : MSc Global Management Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=565316 How does the automotive sector position itself with regard to the current environmental constraints and how does it communicate about its position? / Juliette GODARD / 2022

AUTOMOBILE SECTEUR ; ECOLOGIE ; STRATEGIERésumé : The automotive industry is facing new environmental constraints and has to adapt their vehicles to them but also their communication because at the end of the chain it is the customer who must be convinced to buy a more ecological vehicle. Vehicle models are gradually being transformed to make room for electric or hybrid vehicles. However, customer requirements are also changing as they are more concerned about their consumption and the environment but want to keep quality and comfort. The automotive industry must therefore opt for a well-defined marketing strategy to correctly convey the message of sustainable development to consumers while proving the quality and reliability of their vehicles. However, the automotive industry still has a long way to go in defining its marketing strategy. The objective of this essay is to understand how the automotive industry is taking sustainability into account but also how it is making consumers want to buy a more environmentally friendly vehicle and therefore what its new marketing strategies are and if they are effective.
