Mergers and Acquisitions have been a major issue for big pharma in order to maintain their level of innovation. It seems therefore interesting to look at the impact that the Covid?19 crisis had on acquisitions in a sector that have benefited from this crisis thanks to the needs of vaccines faced by the world population. This also shows the capacity of the ability of big pharma to create a drug or a vaccine quickly in a particular context, but how have acquisitions evolved since this crisis compared to what was done before and how did they affect company wealth from the financial market perspective? |
