TECHNOLOGIE ; COMMUNICATION EVENEMENTIELLERésumé : On April 13, VivaTech, Europe's largest tech event, announced that the next edition, which will take place next June, will be in a hybrid format. It's a format that is quite new for many companies, but one that is being touted as the future of the event industry.
However, the issue that is of increasing concern to event organizers is engagement. The challenge, like any other company, is to satisfy the visitors so that they are loyal. Numerous activities were possible in physical form to engage them, but in digital form the exercise becomes more difficult. How to engage someone who can disconnect at any time, and who can feel forgotten by a cold interface that is his screen? The question is therefore how to engage an audience in remote. What are the tools and techniques we can use to achieve this?
The qualitative study conducted highlighted several points. First, digital allows us to bring new content and new tools to interact with visitors. Secondly, the hybrid becomes the right compromise to find the "human" side that we miss so much. And finally, thanks to data, content can be more engaging because it is more personalized.Programme : PGE-Rouen Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=538480

COMMUNICATION ; CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL ; RELATION ; TRAVAIL A DISTANCERésumé : The aim of this study is to analyze relational attributions and communication issues in remote work in the context of the pandemic. We suggested that the obligation for some firms, caused by the pandemic situation, to suddenly change their way of working, as they had to transition to remote work without a real preparation, creates difficulties. This situation can lead to a problem of communication between the members of teams and could be one of the causes of a lack of productivity and decreased performances. We also suggested that employees use the relational attribution to explain their failures in the context of remote work more than in a context of traditional work, because of the non-traditional way of working and, in some cases, of the lack of preparation by the firms. Finally, we suggested that workers, who practice hybrid working (remote working in alternance with traditional working) are more satisfied than workers at 100% remote working or 100% traditional working, and that they feel more effective. Interviews have been conducted to answer these questions. Results show that relational attributions were more present in remote work than hybrid work and traditional work, and that communication issues were more present in remote working than in traditional work. Solutions are proposed to help managers with this new way of working. Programme : MSc Global Management Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=536788

COMMUNICATION ; DEVELOPPEMENT DURABLE ; POLLUTION ; TIC

FILIALE ; ENTREPRISE ; AFRIQUE SUBSAHARIENNE ; PAYS EN DEVELOPPEMENT ; COMMUNICATION INTERNERésumé :
Vincent ZAMORA / 2020
