The Dissertation contains a main topic of the SaaS, software as a Service industry in the start-up sector and its subtopics that are built around it to understand the concept more comprehensively. Therefore, there will be introduced some concept ideas, great successes, and failures of start-up operations to understand what did go well or went off track. Following, there will be a competitive analysis presented in order to understand the industry entering barriers, the buyer and supplier power and also to see the intensiveness of competition in general. Afterwards, some technical elements will be placed in order such as showing trends within the industry and the correlation between start-ups and investors. More information will be revealed about strategies, trends, formulas, and well-worked models that can contribute to the success of investment seeking start-ups and its day-to-day operation. A know-how is also implemented in the writing about how to pitch successfully as a start-up with the professional recommendation from an international VC founder and investor. The dissertation introduces the benefits and drawbacks of technological development as well technological development as wellas its limits |
