Our teacher starts to talk about a museum in Holland exclusively created for Instagram users. In fact, every rooms of the museum were designed for Instagram users to take photos with different sceneries, different mood and colors. You could find room aesthetically designed regarding Instagram trends and people preferences. The museum was visited by an incredibly huge amounts of people that were taking pictures and publishing them on their Instagram accounts. I realized how important Instagram is for its users and was shocked by the idea that people were eager to travel hours to take photos for Instagram there. To be fair, I never been a huge fan of social media including Instagram and I find it intrusive and too much that people put their daily home and work life on it. I only use Instagram to post photos of my adventures and trip around the world and it’s here that the idea pops up. I started to think of all those moments where my girlfriend told me “Look this spot, it would be so good to take a photo there, it looks amazing”. Or all those times where I saw a beautiful place and while clicking on the location everyone put the same photo in front of the same mountain, swimming pool or building. GRANDE ENTREPRISE ; LEADERSHIP ; START-UPRésumé : During this paper, we tried to explain as clearly as possible how the financial assets of value creation and margin creation can be used in order to make a start-up thrive. Those two notions have been defined and thought about in order to adapt to the current economy and the model we wanted to promote during this work. This financial factor is crucial for the start-up in order to initiate the linchpin towards becoming a viable company. Yet, what we wanted to demonstrate is that the finance itself is not enough in order to explain the success of a start-up, and that its governance is an even bigger factor. Indeed, it is the most valuable asset that a start-up can possess because even with less money, if the Leadership Team is able to ask itself the right questions at each stage of the start-up lifecycle, they will be able to thrive and finally develop a scalable and viable business model, that will allow them to become a valuable company. During this work, we tried to demonstrate how those two notions need to be articulated in order to develop a start-up the right way. If governance tends to prevail over the financial aspect and tends to be the most important parameter, it needs to be balanced with the fact that a good financial knowledge can only help facilitate the transformation of the start- up. Currently, India is dominated by conventional motorcycles which contribute to the air pollution in the country on a large scale. The Country of India has been working on a number of policies to bring down the air pollution caused due to the automobiles. There are only few manufacturers in the field of electric motorcycles, but people have started to realize in becoming more concerned towards the environment and with the pollutions emitted by the conventional motorcycles. The ongoing crisis in the country due to COVID19 had drastically brought down the carbon emission emitted from the automobiles which was due to the full lockdown that had taken place across the country for a period of 3 months . There would be a great demand for electric mobility in the future since it could contribute to a drastic change in the mode of transport in the Country since the automotive industry is dominated by motorcycles in India. We believe at AmpTron to break the barrier dominated by the conventional vehicles and provide our customers with products of the highest standards with greater concern to the environment.
