ART ; INDUSTRIE DU LUXE SECTEUR ; CONSOMMATEURRésumé : The needs and behaviors of luxury consumers are constantly evolving. Today, customers are looking for strong emotional experiences. More and more luxury houses are using artification strategies. The purpose of this research is to highlight the limits that these artification strategies implemented by luxury houses can present. This study is a qualitative research that includes 10 interviews. The interviews are divided into three parts: the first part allows to know what the interest of the interviewee in art and luxury can be, the second part concerns the reaction of the potential clients to the artification. Finally, the third part insists on the impact of this strategy, how consumers perceive it. Based on the previous research, the reasons for this strategy have been explained, then the risks identified: first of all the interpretation of consumers (trivialization, lack of artistic potential of the brand, questioning the purity and the commitment of the brand)then the difficulties for companies (adequacy with the DNA of the brand and its values, notoriety of the artist, evolution of digital). Despite the previous studies, this is a subject that remains very recent, very few papers have been developed on artification, and more particularly on its limits. AGROALIMENTAIRE SECTEUR ; CONSOMMATEUR ; OPINION PUBLIQUE ; RESEAU SOCIALRésumé : The purpose of this study and seminar paper is to investigate and understand the new relationship of consumers and the brands they have always lived with. The term “relationship” also includes and implies the levers of power each faction has onto the other. This analysis will be considering an unprecedented event such as Covid-19 pandemic and its consequences. With over one year of a world crisis results, it seems that the pandemic has, indeed, broaden the gap and widen the extremes, being a powerful stimulus to change in consuming behavior.Do food companies work with customer or on the contrary are they not, imprisoned by the public opinion? Through a quantitative study gathering 164 answers, the aim is to collect the trends and the opinions among a group towards the food industry and their perception from a consumer point-of-view. This data set will provide a preview of opinion in a small portion of young adults. Despite being able to generalize and validate the research question to a higher scale, it will give a better overview on the motives of consumption habits and behaviors, especially in the pandemic. In a scientific purpose, I intend to explore every opinion in an objective and pragmatic method. However, despite being able to generalize an opinion, the aim is to look at food multinationals and especially within the western food industry data which will give a reliable answer to the research question. The social media coverage and the effect of the silent majority have already proven that they can clearly be misleading.

Comment cela impacte-t-il leur relation avec le consommateur ?Programme : Cesem Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=536319 French Gen Z and Millennials’ behaviour towards the environmental strategies of champagne brands Champagne brands and their environmental strategies: what effects on French Millennials and Gen Z's behaviour? / Eléonore BUTTIN / 2021PermalinkHow Covid-19 influenced the shift in marketing strategies of the luxury residential real estate sector: Case of India. / Rena VORA / 2021PermalinkHow do consumers perceive organic cosmetics in an increasingly green world? / Maxence MULLER / 2021PermalinkHow do CSR labels on FMCG packaging influence consumer perception? / Alan LOBO / 2021PermalinkHow іs mіllennіal culture drіvіng the luxury chіldrenswear market? / Alba SPINELLA / 2021PermalinkImpact of green marketing on household products consumers in France / Elsa NONROY / 2021PermalinkDe l’interêt de bâtir sa stratégie sur la fidélité client Etat des lieux et nécessité d’évolution des programmes de fidélité de la grande distribution / Charles GAUCHER / 2021PermalinkLuxury brands caught between scarcity and massification: how can luxury brands recreate value for their customers through Artketing? / Victoria STEINHART / 2021PermalinkOnline grocery shopping : understand customers' expectations to improve the online shopping experience / Noémie VALLEE / 2021PermalinkPre-owned; Luxury brand's new addition.
